Stirring Up Trouble In The Kitchen | Bay’s Kitchen Stir-In Sauces | Gifted

I’m always trying to make delicious meals that my entire Family can enjoy, but sometimes it’s incredibly difficult as we all have different dietary requirements. That’s why when the guys over at Bay’s Kitchen very kindly asked me if I would like to try some of their delicious Stir-In Sauces, I of course said yes. Well they very kindly sent me a Jar of their Jalfezi Stir-In Sauce, a Jar of their Sweet & Sour Stir-In Sauce, and a Jar of their Tomato & Basil Stir-In Sauce, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

It’s taste.

I really liked this, as even though i’m not a massive fan of Curry as I don’t really like anything too spicy, I thought that it had a delicious rich and creamy taste to it that also had a very subtile kick to it that was more like a warming heat rather than a blow your mouth out kind of spice.

It’s texture.

I really liked it’s texture, as even though it was essentially just a lot of blended up Vegetables, I thought that it had a very smooth and creamy texture to it that reminded me more of a Sauce that was full of Cream rather than a lot of blended up Vegetables.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a very thick and secure Glass Jar with a screw top Lid that kept the Sauce really fresh until I was ready to use it.

It’s taste.

I really liked this, as Sweet & Sour Chicken is one of my favourite meals, and even though I was expecting it to taste very watery like a lot of the other Sweet & Sour Sauces that i’ve tried in the past, I thought that this had a  bold and ever so slightly sweet taste to it that was perfect to have when we were having a Chinese Night In.

It’s texture.

I really liked it’s texture, as even though it was essentially just a lot of blended up Vegetables, I thought that it had a very smooth and creamy texture to it that reminded me more of a Sauce full of Cream rather than just a lot of blended up Vegetables.

It’s taste.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of this one, as even though I really liked it, I thought that it had a very overwhelming taste of Basil to it that reminded me more of a thick and creamy Pesto rather than a rich Tomato & Basil Sauce.

It’s texture.

I really liked it’s texture, as even though it was essentially just a lot of blended up Vegetables, I thought that it had a very smooth and creamy texture to it that reminded me more of a Sauce full of Cream rather than a lot of blended up Vegetables.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Bay’s Kitchen Jalfrezi Stir-In Sauce an eight point five out of ten, the Bay’s Kitchen Sweet & Sour Stir-In Sauce an eight point five out of ten, and the Bay’s Kitchen Tomato & Basil Stir-In Sauce an eight out of ten. I absolutely loved the Bay’s Kitchen Jalfrezi Stir-In Sauce, as I really liked it’s rich and creamy yet ever so slightly spicy taste, it’s texture, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it was a little bit easier to find. I absolutely loved the Bay’s Kitchen Sweet & Sour Stir-In Sauce, as I really liked it’s delicious bold and ever so slightly sweet taste, it’s texture, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it was a little bit easier to find. I absolutely loved the Bay’s Kitchen Tomato & Basil Stir-In Sauce, as I really liked it’s overwhelming Basil taste, it’s texture, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had tasted a little bit more of Tomatoes given that it was called a Tomato & Basil Sauce.
