Treating Your Skin To The Power Of Australia | Berber’s Treat Black Eucalyptus Cleansing Gel & Kessa Scrubbing Glove

I absolutely love having soft and smooth Skin, especially during the Summer, which means that using a good and effective Body Scrub is essential.  That’s why when Berber’s Treat very kindly asked me if I would like to try their Black Eucalyptus Cleansing Gel and Kessa Scrubbing Glove that’s reportedly also used by Kylie Minogue, I of course said yes. It’s scent.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Olive Oil, Potash, and Eukalyptus Oil, I thought that it had an extremely strong medicinal scent to it that kind of reminded me of a natural Kitchen Cleaning Spray.

It’s consistency.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Cleansing Gel, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and gloopy, and was more like an incredibly thick and gloopy Body Clay rather than a thin and watery Cleansing Gel.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from a thick and gloopy Body Clay into a thin and balmy Body cream that was really easy to spread across my Skin.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, bouncy and moisturised, but it also left it looking clearer and healthier too.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a really thick and solid feeling plastic tub with a screw top lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty shelves.

It’s material.

I really liked it’s material, as it was made out of loads of little layers of thin Mesh that I thought felt very thick and durable.

It’s size.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s size, as I have medium sized Hands and thought that it felt extremely tight around my Wrist and Fingertips whenever I wore it.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had eventually gotten it to fit one of my Hands, had combined it with some of the Berber’s Treat Black Eucalyptus Cleansing Gel and had started to rub it against my Skin, it created a really fine yet coarse Body Scrub that didn’t irritate any of my sensitive Skin.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this give my Skin a good scrubbing and remove any dead Skin Cells without leaving it feeling raw and angry, but it also left it feeling incredibly silky soft too.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Berber’s Treat Black Eucalyptus Cleansing Gel a seven point five out of ten, and the Berber’s Treat Kessa Scrubbing Glove a nine out of ten. I really liked the Berber’s Treat Black Eucalyptus Cleansing Gel, as I really liked what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s overwhelming Medicinal scent, or it’s thick and gloopy consistency. I also really liked the Berber’s Treat Kessa Scrubbing Glove, as I absolutely loved it’s thin yet durable material, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I would have loved it to have actually fitted my Hand rather than feeling extremely tight around my Wrist and Fingertips.
