During the Summer my skin tends to get incredibly oily, which means that i’m always on the lookout for anything that will keep it under control. That’s why when I had heard that Bulldog Skincare had released an oil control range, I obviously had to check it out, and after taking a look at the entire range, I eventually picked up the Bulldog Skincare Oil Control Face Mask, the Bulldog Skincare Oil Control Face Wash, and the Bulldog Skincare Oil Control Moisturiser. Well i’ve been using them all for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

It’s scent.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it didn’t contain any Lavender, it had a gorgeous Lavender scent to it that I found really relaxing.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as I thought that it felt incredibly creamy at first, but then once I had massaged it into my face, it turned into a very light air whipped foam.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had massaged it into my face, it’s very light air whipped consistency set in a matter of seconds to an extremely firm mask, which meant that I couldn’t really move parts of my face until I removed it ten or so minutes later with a flannel and some warm water.

It’s results.

I really liked it’s results, as once I had used this, I found that my skin felt incredibly smooth, was blemish free, and also  was considerably less oilier for at least two or three days after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s packaging, as this came in a thick paper like tube with a silver twistable lid, that looked and felt like it had been bashed to pieces.

It’s scent.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it didn’t contain any Lavender, it had a gorgeous Lavender scent to it that I found really relaxing.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as I thought that it felt rather thick and creamy whilst also feeling quite watery.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I started to massage it into my skin, it turned into a thick balmy cream that created a really nice lather all over my face.

It’s results.

I really liked it’s results, as once I had used this, I found that it left my face feeling incredibly matte whilst also feeling really moisturised, but also completely oil free all day.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as it came in a massive plastic tube with a plastic lid, that looked great sat on my beauty shelves.

It’s scent.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it didn’t contain any Lavender, it had a really nice scent of Lavender to it that I found really relaxing.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as I thought that it felt incredibly thick and balmy whilst also feeling a little watery.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had applied some to my face, it turned into a thin watery cream that set within a matter of seconds.

It’s results.

I really liked it’s results, as once I had used this, I found that it left my face feeling incredibly matte whilst also still feeling moisturised, but was also completely oil free all day.

It’s packaging.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s packaging, as this came in a small stubby plastic tube with a plastic lid, and I would have much preferred it to come in either a pot or a bottle with some kind of a pump.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Bulldog Skincare Oil Control Face Mask a nine out of ten, the Bulldog Skincare Oil Control Face Wash an eight point five out of ten, and the Bulldog Skincare Oil Control Moisturiser an eight point five out of ten. I really liked the Bulldog Skincare Oil Control Face Mask, as I absolutely loved it’s scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, and that it gave such good results, but I just didn’t like it’s packaging. I really liked the Bulldog Skincare Oil Control Face Wash, as I loved it’s scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I did find that it’s lid didn’t close properly after a while, which meant that it tended to leak every so often. I really liked the Bulldog Skincare Oil Control Moisturiser, as I loved it’s scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but as i’ve said, I would have much preferred it to come in either a tub or a bottle with a pump.
