Five Of My Favourite Aromatherapy Blends

I’ve always believed that Aromatherapy can help both your Body and Mind, but i’ve been really loving it lately, and after playing around with a couple of different Oils and scents, I thought that I would tell you five of my favourite Aromatherapy blends.

I should say that if you’re going to start experimenting with Aromatherapy, that it’s best to use the highest quality Essential Oils that you can find. As if you use low quality Essential Oils, they’ll usually be mixed with a whole host of other nasty Chemicals that you really don’t want to be breathing in.

If you don’t have an Oil Burner or Diffuser, you can also turn these into an Air Freshener or Pillow Spray by doubling the amount of Essential Oils and diluting them with some Water in a Spray Bottle.

Anyway, that’s enough of me rambling, here’s five of my favourite Aromatherapy Blends.

A tall conical shaped white Oil Diffuser with a hole at the top of it next to a brown glass bottle with a green label that has Kino Sweet Orange Oil written in bold white writing on it and a cylindrical brown glass bottle with a green label that has Kino Mint Oil written in bold white writing on it, on a white background.

I usually tend to burn this one whenever i’m feeling a little bit down, as all of it’s fresh and citrusy notes instantly makes me feel happier.

  • 3 drops of Sweet Orange Oil.
  • 3 drops of Grapefruit Oil.
  • 3 drops of Lemon Oil.

Breathe Easy.

I usually tend to burn this one whenever i’m full of Cold and am all bunged up, or whenever I need to get rid of a really stubborn Cough.

  • 4 drops of Eucalyptus Oil.
  • 2 drops of Tea Tree Oil.

I usually tend to burn this one whenever I can’t sleep, as it’s great at helping me to instantly drop off.

  • 5 drops of Lavender Oil.
  • 1 drop of Rosemary Oil.
  • 1 drop of Eucalyptus Oil.

Subtile Woods.

I usually tend to burn this one whenever I want something a little bit spicy to burn but don’t want anything too overpowering.

  • 1 drop of Sandalwood Oil.
    • 1 drop of Cinnamon Oil.

Cleaning.

I usually tend to burn this one whenever I need to do a little bit of cleaning but just can’t seem to motivate myself.
