As Fresh As A Daisy | Fresh Naturals

I recently won a Twitter giveaway held by Fresh Naturals, to win a few of their recently pictured products. Every so often, they take pictures of new products, so they can add them to their website, and as they often have to remove the packaging to get the best shots, they then can’t sell them, so they like to give them away to their followers. After using the beautiful smelling products they sent me, I thought I would tell you what I thought of them.

Fresh Naturals very kindly sent me their Soft Jote Soap Bag, their Sun Showers Soap, and their So Wild Soap.

The Soft Jote Soap Bag, is described as being a natural Jute bag that makes a great exfoliant. All you have to do is put a bar of soap inside, and lather away to remove dead skin cells, to leave your skin feeling refreshed.

When I first saw the Soft Jote Soap Bag, I was a little thrown as it’s an extremely thin muslin bag that I thought would rip as soon as I started to use it, but strangely it was extremely durable. I’ve never used anything like this, so I was a little apprehensive as to it’s results, but it actually gave a decent scrub. It was more like a light scrub, rather than a harsh scrub that you get from a Sugar or Salt scrub, but it was decent enough to get rid of dry skin.

After using the Soft Jote Soap Bag my skin was extremely soft, and I had absolutely no dry skin. It’s probably not going to replace my normal scrub, but it’s a good substitute for when i’ve ran out of my favourite Salt or Sugar scrub.

The Sun Showers Soap, is described as being made with Palm Oil, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Cocoa Butter, Castor Oil, Shea Butter, Lavender Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil, and decorated with Safflowers.

I loved the scent of the Sun Showers Soap . I’m not usually a lover of anything that smells of Lavender, as it’s usually extremely potent, but this had more of a subtle Lavender scent. I unfortunately couldn’t smell the Ylang Ylang though, which is a shame as I think it would have  gone really nicely with the Lavender scent.

This did lather up, but not as much as I would have liked, and I did find it a little drying on my skin. It was more of a thick balmy foam than a creamy lather.

The So Wild Soap, is described as being made with Palm Oil, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Cocoa Butter, Castor Oil, Shea Oil Ground Dried Rosemary Herb, Ginger Oil, Rosemary Oil, and decorated with cut Rosemary leaves.

I absolutely loved the So Wild Soap as it had more of a masculine scent than the Sun Showers Soap, but all I could smell was the Ginger. I did get a whiff of the Rosemary every so often, but it just made the Ginger stronger, and added a kind of earthy tone to the overall scent.

This lathered up into the most creamiest lather I have ever seen, and worked extremely well after using the Jote bag as it added tons of moisture to my skin.

Overall I would have to rate the Soft Jote Soap Bag , a nine out of ten, the Sun Showers Soap, a seven out of ten, and the So Wild Soap an eight out of ten. The Soft Jote Soap Bag, was surprisingly fantastic. As I said, it probably won’t be replacing my usual scrub, but when i’ve run out, and can’t be bothered to rush out and buy more, i’ll definitely be using it. The Sun Showers Soap was nice, but as I said, i’m not really a Lavender scent kind of guy, and if something says it smells of Ylang Ylang, then I should at least be able to smell it. The So Wild Soap had to be my favourite of the three. I absolutely loved the more masculine scent of this, and the fact that it lathered so well, made me love it even more.

If you would like to check out either the Soft Jote Soap Bag, the Sun Showers Soap, or the So Wild Soap for yourself, then you can find them online here.

I’m really glad that I won Fresh Naturals’ giveaway, and if you haven’t already, I highly recommend you check them out.
