I absolutely love Micellar Water, as not only does it cleanse my Skin incredibly well, I also like that I don’t have to rinse my Face once i’ve used it. That’s why when I had heard that Garnier had released a Micellar Cleansing Waterthat even people with sensitive Skin could use, I obviously had to give it a go. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.
Here’s what Garnier say about their Micellar Cleansing Water.
For the first time, Garnier introduces the Micellar technology in an all-in-one Cleanser. Like a magnet, the Cleansing agents capture and lift away dirt from the Skin with no need to rub to remove impurities or Make-up. The result, perfectly cleansed and refreshed Skin without rubbing or rinsing. Our Micellar Cleansing Water has a soothing and fragrance free formula that suits all Skin types, even sensitive.
- Suitable for use on Sensitive Skin including delicate areas like Eyes and Lips.
- Removes Make-up..
- No rinsing.
- Fragrance free.
- Dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Hexylene Glycol, Glycerin, and quite a lot of other Chemicals, I thought that it had a very strange nutty yet ever so slightly minty Cardboard scent to it that kind of reminded me of the Boxes that Toothpaste comes in.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Micellar Water, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy, and was more like a thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Facial Serum rather than a thin and watery Micellar Water.
what it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from a thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Facial Serum into a thin and watery Micellar Water that set within a matter of seconds.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft and hydrated, but it also left it looking extremely clear and radiant too.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall rounded rectangular clear Plastic Bottle with a clickable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s strange nutty yet ever so slightly minty Cardboard scent.
