Layers Of Scent | Yankee Candle Berry Trifle

I know Christmas is done and over, but I like burning Christmas Candles all year round, and before this one disappears from the shelves, I thought I would tell you all about it.
Yankee Candle Berry Trifle, is described as mouthwatering tangy and sharp Berries nestled on a bed of soft sweet Vanilla Cream.
I definitely get why they named it Berry Trifle. It smells just like one. I love the sharp Berry notes, especially when you first smell it, and the Vanilla is just noticeable. I absolutely hate Vanilla, but I strangely love it in this candle. For some reason, I swear i smell some kind of spice in there, but according to Yankee Candle, there isn’t any so god knows what I smell, haha!
The scent throw of this was a little different, but I think that it made the Vanilla tolerable. Once it was lit, I got an extremely powerful burst of scent, and then after about thirty minutes, it turned to a light wiff, but picked up again if you left and came back into the room.
I would have to rate the Yankee Candle Berry Trifle, an eight point five out of ten. I absolutely loved it, but because of its weird scent throw, it unfortunately loses a couple of points.
I would definitely buy it again. The sweet food scents aren’t really me, but after being talked into it by Jamie, it now has to be one of my favourite Christmas Candles.
With it being a Christmas limited edition, it is selling out pretty quickly, so if you would like a Berry Trifle of your own, you better get your skates on.
If you do want your very own Berry Trifle, you can either pop into your local Love Aroma, or buy it online here. Unfortunately, Yankee Candle are no longer stocking this, but hopefully it will be back again soon.
I may have to see if I can snag another when i pop into Love Aroma next week, the Candle obsession continues, haha!
