That’s why when I had heard that they had released a range of retro products as part of their Community Favourites range for November 2019, I obviously had to hop onto their website and check everything out. Well after browsing their website for a good half an hour ,I eventually picked up the Phoenix Rising Bath Bomb, the Space Girl Bath Bomb, a Bottle of the Snowcake Shower Gel, and a Bottle of the Snowcake Perfume, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

The Phoenix Rising Bath Bomb.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Icing Sugar, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Bergamot Oil, Cassia Oil, Organic Jojoba Oil, Fair Trade Shea Butter, and a Cinnamon Stick, I thought that it had a delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly zesty Orange scent to it that kind of reminded me of a Spiced Clementine Candle.

What it did when I used it.

I absolutely loved what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds and sank to the bottom of my Bath before releasing streams of beautiful Blue, green and Purple all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended together to turn my entire Bath a gorgeous vivid shimmering deep Purple colour. Then after a few more seconds it also started to slowly rise to the surface and released lots of Oil and a Cinnamon Stick all over the surface of the Water that made the Water feel really silky soft.

It’s results.

I really liked it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly zesty Orange for hours after I had used it.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Grapefruit oil, Bergamot Oil, Almond Essential Oil, and Popping Candy, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly floral Blackcurrant scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had crushed an entire Packet of Palma Violets into a Jug of Blackcurrant Juice.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright Blue and Red all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended together to turn my entire Bath a beautiful Pinky Purple colour.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Almond Milk, Kassie Absolute, Rose Absolute, Benzoin Resinoid, and Lactic Acid, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly nutty Marzipan scent to it that kind of reminded me of a massive block of Marzipan Icing.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Shower Gel, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly creamy, and was more like an incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly creamy Body Milk rather than a thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Shower Gel.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly creamy Body Milk into a thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Shower Gel that spread really easily across my Body.

It’s results.

I really liked it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth ,bouncy and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly nutty Marzipan for at least an hour after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Plastic Bottle with a clickable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

A short and wide rectangular black glass bottle with a cylindrical black lid and a white label that has Lush Snowcake Perfume written in bold black writing on it, on a white background.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained DRF Alcohol, Benzoin Resinoid, Cassie Absolute, and Rose Absolute, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly nutty Marzipan scent to it that kind of reminded me of a massive block of Marzipan Icing.

It’s longevity.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of how long this lasted on my Skin, as I sprayed a little bit of it onto my Wrists and Neck when I was getting ready at about eight o’clock in the morning and after about one o’clock in the afternoon I couldn’t really smell it anymore.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a really thick rectangular Black Glass Perfume Bottle with a Black Plastic Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

My overall thoughts.

  1. This is awesome! I love reading reviews on beauty items, especially new ones I haven’t heard of. Thank you for sharing xoxo

  2. This all sounds so awesome and I wish I had a nice bathroom to try them out in. As it is now, in my crappy little bathroom there’s no real relaxation going on in there. Gonna put them all on my list for when I get a new apartment 🙂
