Outfit Of The Day | The RNIB’s #ShadesForSight Campaign

Today is the 27th of June, also known as National Sunglasses Day, and to raise awareness of looking after your Eyes when you’re out in the Sun, the RNIB has again launched it’s #ShadesForSight campaign, and to get involved, all you have to do is take a selfie wearing a pair of Sunglasses and post it on Social Media using #ShadesForSight. Well when I was taking my very own #ShadesForSight selfie I thought that I wore a really nice outfit, so I thought that I would show you what I wore.

Anyway, that’s enough of me rambling, here’s what I wore.

me stood against a light brick wall wearing a pair of rectangular silver metal Sunglasses, a Burgundy Mock Collar Slipover that has a Burgundy and White Checked collar and sleeves, a pair of Stone Chinos, and a pair of bright Red Shoes, on a white background.

A picture of me waring a pair of Ray-Ban RB3364-62 Sunglasses, a Premier Man Wine Mock Collar Slipover, a Burton Light Pink Basic Vest, a pair of Premier Man Stone Chino Trousers, a pair of Capsule Pink Large Spot Socks, and a pair of Dobell Burgundy Patent Contemporary Dress Shoes.

Ray-Ban RB3364-62 Sunglasses from Sunglass Hut.

I absolutely loved the design of these, as I thought that they looked really classic and understated whilst still having that slight Wrap Around design that I love. I also really liked their material, as I thought that the combination of their glossy Black Plastic Arms and shiny Metal Frames made them look really sophisticated as well as feeling incredibly light on my Face. Another thing that I really liked about these, was the colour of their Lenses, as I thought that their shimmering Grey Green colour really added to their overall classic and understated look.

I really liked the cut and style of this, as I thought that it looked incredibly casual, but because of the Mock Collar and Shirt Sleeves also looked quite smart. I also really liked it’s beautiful deep Red colour, as I thought that it went really nicely with the colour of my Shoes. Another thing that I really liked about this, was it’s material, as not only did it feel incredibly soft and light, but I also loved the difference in texture between it’s thin Collar and Shirt Sleeves and it’s extremely fluffy Vest.

I absolutely love the cut and style of all of Burton’s T-Shirts and Vests, as not only do they fit me incredibly well, they also make me look a little bit thinner than I actually am. I also really liked the subtile Light Pink colour of this one, as I thought that it complimented the colour of my Jumper really nicely. Another thing that I really liked about this, was it’s material, as it was made out of a really thin and lightweight Cotton that felt really nice against my Skin.

I really liked the cut and style of these, as I thought that they looked really casual whilst also still looking quite smart. I also really liked their gorgeous dark Grey colour, as I thought that they made my Legs look a lot thinner and slightly longer than they actually are. Another thing that I really liked about these, was their material, as they were made out of a really thin yet durable Cotton that felt really nice against my Legs.
Capsule Pink Large Spot Socks from Premier Man.

I really liked the design of these, as even though they were only a pair of Socks, I thought that their bold stitching and pattern added a really nice touch to my outfit. I also really liked their colour, as I thought that the bright Pink colour of their Spots went really nicely with the colour of my Vest. Another thing that I really liked about these, was their material, as not only were they made out of a very light and thin yet durable Cotton, but the Spots embroidered on to them also felt really nice against my Feet.
Dobell Burgundy Patent Contemporary Dress Shoes from Dobell.

I absolutely loved the design of these, as I thought that they made my entire outfit instantly look really funky and cool. I also really liked their extremely bold Red colour, as I thought that they complimented the colour of my Jumper really nicely. Another thing that I really liked about these, was their material, as they were made out of a very glossy Patent Leather that felt really soft even though the Shoes themselves absolutely killed my Feet.

There you go, that’s what I wore when I took my #ShadesForSight selfie.

I was very kindly sent a few things within this post, but all thoughts, opinions, and general ramblings are my own.

What do you think of my outfit? Is there anything that you would add or change? What’s your favourite brand of Sunglasses? Please let me know down below.
