Simply Scenting My Room | Simply Flowers Wax Melts

A couple of weeks ago, I was very kindly sent a massive bag of wax melts from Simply Flowers. As well as telling you what they sent me, I thought I would also tell you what I thought of them.

Simply Flowers, is a boutique flower shop in Brighouse, that as well as selling beautiful flower bouquets and wedding favours, also sell gorgeous smelling candles and wax melts.

The amazing thing about Simply Flowers candles and wax melts is that they are all made from premium Soy wax, come in a load of gorgeous scents, and are extremely cheap. For instance, you can get six melts for just £1, a bag of all their twenty scents for just £3, or one of their gift boxes that contain a wax burner, six melts, and six tea lights for just £5. As you can see, they’re extremely good value for money.

I was very kindly sent one of their twenty wax melt bags which contains, Black Cherry, Black Pomegranate, Black Raspberry & Peppercorn, Blackberry Basil, Damson Plum Rose & Patchouli, Enchanted Forest, Fig & Cassis, Freesia & Pear, Green Lily, Hibiscus & Rhubarb, Lavender Camamile & Vanilla, Lime Cooler, Mediterraneo, Peony & Orange Blossom, Pink Champagne & Pomelo, Rain Water, Raspberry Chocolate, Seaweed & Juniper, Sloe Gin & Blackberry, and Violet Seduction.

I love the selection, and whether you like fruity, sweet, floral, or deep scents, there’s something for everyone. I also really liked the packaging and design of these gorgeous smelling melts. The packaging was extremely simplistic, which added to the whole homemade local small shop vibe, and the melts themselves are shaped in adorable little hearts that look even more adorable when they’re melting.

I loved each one individually, but the standouts for me have to be, Black Cherry, Black Pomegranate, Blackberry Basil, Fig & Cassis, Freesia & Pear, Lime Cooler, Pink Champagne & Pomelo, Rain Water, Seaweed & Juniper, and Sloe Gin & Blackberry. I also loved that they burned for absolutely ages, and the scent never weakened, even when the melt was fizzling out.

The only thing that I didn’t like about the Simply Flowers wax melts, was the fact that I had to try and work out what scent I was burning by trying to match up the wax melt through a little booklet that was included in the bag.

Overall I would have to rate the Simply Flowers Wax Melts an eight out of ten. I absolutely loved them, but it loses a few points due to the fact that I had to work out what scent I was burning, but other than that, I highly recommend you check out Simply Flowers Wax Melts.

If you would like to check out Simply Flowers Wax Melts for yourself, then you can either pop in to their store in Brighouse, or you can buy them online here.

I would just like to thank Simply Flowers for sending me all these amazing wax melts.

I was sent these to review, but all thoughts, opinions, and general ramblings are my own.
