Blasting Off With Refreshed Eyes | Spacemasks Self-Heating Eye Masks

With me looking at a Screen all day, I often get tired, sore or irritated Eyes. That’s why when the guys over at Spacemasks very kindly asked me if I would like to try some of their Self-Heating Eye Masks, I of course said yes. Well i’ve been using them for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

A small rectangular blue cardboard box that has spacemasks written in bold white writing and a picture of some blue and white stars on it, on a white background.

Here’s what Spacemaskks say about their Self-Heating Eye Masks.

From the moment you open the Box and read how to use our Self-Heating Eye Masks, you will be temptingly invited on a journey of relaxation. There are five cute little Foil Pouches in each Box with detailed instructions on both the Box and the Pouches. The Pouches have a best before date, but we doubt that it will come to that. Inside each Pouch you will find a Jasmine infused Mask. Now just place it over your Eyes, the Loops over your Ears, recline and enjoy!

The heating process works by a thin layer of Iron Filings intertwining with the Oxygen Molecules in the Air. The ever so relaxing Jasmine is in a low concentration, so you can enjoy its fragrance without irritating your Skin.

Their scent.

I really liked their scent, as even though they contained Jasmine Essence and Iron Filings, I thought that they had a very subtile fresh and floral yet ever so slightly sweet Jasmine scent to them that kind of reminded me of walking past a Jasmine Plant on a hot Summer’s day.

Their size.

I really liked their size, as even though they were the same size as most of the other Eye Masks that i’ve tried in the past, these had an Elastic Loop instead of a thin Paper Arm that made them fit like a Glove around both my Eyes and Ears.

Their material.

I really liked their material, as these were made out of an incredibly thick and fluffy but spongy Cloth that felt really soft against my Skin and didn’t rip when I tried to remove one of them from their packaging.

What they did when I used them.

I really liked what these did when I used them, as once I had removed one of them from their packaging and had attached it to my Face, it slowly started to heat up until it created a really nice warming and comforting sensation that felt like I had just placed some recently used Tea Bags over my Eyes.

Their results.

I absolutely loved their results, as not only did these leave my Eyes feeling incredibly refreshed, awake and hydrated, but they also left them looking less tired and less puffy for hours after I had used them..

Their packaging.

I really liked their packaging, as these came in a really thick and secure Foil Pouch inside a thick Cardboard Box that kept them feeling fresh and also meant that the Iron Filings didn’t get activated until I was ready to use one of them.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Spacemasks Self-Heating Eye Masks an eight point five out of ten. I absolutely loved their very subtile fresh and floral yet ever so slightly sweet Jasmine scent, their size, their material, what they did when I used them, their results, and their packaging, but I would have loved them to have smelt a little bit more of Jasmine and for them to be a little bit easier to find, as i’ll definitely be repurchasing them very soon.
