Shaking Things Up In The Bath | The Yorkshire Soap Company Margarita Fizz Bar

As you probably already know, one of my favourite places to shop has to be The Yorkshire Soap Company. That’s why when I saw that they had released a range of Fizz Bars in four delicious scents that include Mojito, Margarita, Kir Royale, and Strawberry Daiquiri, whilst I was out shopping the other week, I obviously had to give one of them a go. Well after giving them all a good sniff, I eventually picked up a Margarita Fizz Bar, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Four clear glass bowls full of some white rectangular fizz bars with green and red cardboard sleeves that have The Yorkshire Soap Company Fizz Barr written in light green and red writing on it on a square wooden table, on a light background.

Here’s what The Yorkshire Soap Company say about their Margarita Fizz Bar.

Our handmade Fizz Bar has eight fizzy chunks to make your Bath time lots of fun and full of fizz. Scented with Tequila, Cointreau, Lime Juice and Salt just like a real Margarita.

Simply break one to two chunks from your Fizz Bar into warm Water, step in and enjoy!

It’s scent.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Tequila, Cointreau, Lime Juice, and Salt, I thought that it had a very light and delicate fresh and citrusy yet ever so slightly alcoholic scent to it that kind of reminded me of walking past a Cocktail Bar on a long hot Summer’s Night.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had broken two of the chunks off of my Fizz Bar and had dropped them into my Bath, it started to slowly fizz and hiss for a couple of seconds before filling my Bathroom with it’s delicious light and delicate fresh citrusy yet ever so slightly alcoholic scent. I also really liked that once it had stopped eventually fizzing, that it left my Bath Water feeling really soft and silky but not at all greasy.

It’s results.

I really liked it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft and moisturised, but it also left it smelling of light and delicate fresh and citrusy yet ever so slightly alcoholic Margaritas for hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a little Cardboard sleeve that made it look like a Chocolate Bar from a very high-end Chocolate Shop.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate The Yorkshire Soap Company Margarita Fizz Bar an eight out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious light and delicate fresh and citrusy yet ever so slightly alcoholic Margarita scent, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I did think that the chunks could have done with smelling a little bit stronger when I used them and that they should have fizzed and hissed for a lot longer.
