Flipping The Pages | What’s On my Bookshelf

With me being visually impaired, reading a Book can be rather tricky, especially seeing as how I can’t actually see the words on the page. But luckily for me, most Books are available as an Audiobook, which means that I can still read all of the books that I would like to, and after digesting quite a lot of Books over the past eighteen months, I thought that I would tell you what’s on my Bookshelf.

A large wide dark brown wooden bookcase filled with some thin books with various coloured covers, on a dark background.

Where do I get my Audiobooks from?

I usually get most of my Audiobooks fromย eitherย Audible, which is a monthly Audiobook subscription service, or from the RNIB Library,ย which is the largest Library in the United Kingdom, for readers with a visual impairment.

Anyway, that’s enough of me rambling, here’s what’s on my bookshelf.

  1. Took me back to choosing 30 eight track books at a time for my Dad. So much easier now with a CD. They were a real pleasure for him. Must say our library has a great selection which I listen to whilst sewing.

  2. I love reading about other people’s book lists! ๐Ÿ™‚ I really enjoyed the divergent series as books but the films were right stinkers. Do you use good reads? It’s the perfect website for nosing at other people’s book lists!
