Outfit Of The Day | Looking Smart During Spring with Republic Union

As you probably already know, I love discovering new and up-and-coming men’s plus size clothing brands. That’s why when the guys over at Republic Union very kindly asked me if I would like to pick a few things from their website, and feature them in an outfit of the day, I of course said yes. Well everything has arrived, and I thought that I would show you the outfit that I came up with.

Here’s what Republic Union say about themselves.

We are the new brand from Le Breve International Limited, based in the North East of England, that manufactures men’s clothing in sizes M to 6XL, that is sold exclusively online through our website.

Anyway, that’s enough of me rambling, here’s the outfit that I came up with.

Me wearing a light green oxford shirt with an open collar, a pair of black trousers, and a pair of black boots, on a light beige background.

A picture of me wearing a Pintoo Men’s Green Long Sleeved Oxford Shirt, a Burton Men’s Dark Khaki Basic T-Shirt, a pair of Matinee Men’s Black Bedford Cord Trousers, and a pair of Red Tape Black Tiffie Ankle Boots.

Me sat down on a medium brown coloured couch, wearing an open collared light green shirt, and a pair of black trousers, on a beige background.

I really like the cut and style of this, as i think that it looks really smart, whilst still looking quite casual, and it also makes me look a little thinner than I actually am. I also really like it’s colour, as I think that it’s gorgeous bright Green colour, would be perfect for Spring. Another thing that I like about this, is it’s material, as it’s incredibly light, and will be great to wear when the warmer weather eventually arrives.

Burton Men’s Dark Khaki Basic T-shirt from Burton.

I absolutely love the cut and style of all of Burton’s basic T-Shirts, as they fit incredibly well, and look fantastic with everything that I own. I also love the dark Khaki colour of this one, as I think that it goes really nicely with the bright Green of the shirt. Another thing that I like about these t-shirts is their material, as they’re extremely soft, and are brilliant for layering underneath other things when it’s cold outside.

Matinee Men’s Black Bedford Cord Trousers from Republic Union.

I really like the cut and style of these, as I think that they look incredibly smart, whilst still being quite casual. I also really like the colour of these, as I think that the Black makes my Legs look thinner than they actually are . Another thing that I really like about these, is their material, as these are made of Corduroy, and have little grooves running all the way down them, that feels really nice against my skin.

Red Tape Men’s Black Tiffie Ankle Boots from Debenhams.

A pair of Black shiny boots, on a beige carpet.

I really like the simple and masculine design of these, as I think that they add a nice roughness to the entire outfit. I  also really like their colour, as I think that a nice pair of Black boots looks good with completely everything. Another thing that I really like about these, is their material, as the Leather is incredibly thick, which just adds to their overall rough masculine vibe.

There you have it, that’s my outfit.?

Thank you to Republic Union for asking me to choose a few things from their website, and if you haven’t already, I highly recommend that you go check them out, as they have some great clothes, at brilliant prices.

I was sent a few things within this post, but all thoughts, opinions, and general ramblings are my own.

What do you think of my outfit? Is there anything you would add or change? Please let me know down below.
