I’ve recently discovered the 73 Questions by Vogue Series on YouTube, and even though I think that the Videos are a little bit awkward to watch as they’re clearly staged, I love the idea of getting to know someone by them answering 73 questions about themselves. Well after watching quite a lot of them, i’ve put together my own list of 73 questions, and I thought that I would answer them for you so that you can get to know me a little bit better too.

Anyway, that’s enough of me rambling, here’s my answers to 73 questions.

1. What’s your favourite musical of all time?
It’s a toss up between either Chicago, Burlesque, or Grease.
2. Who is your favourite comedian of all time?
Sarah Millican, as I just love how funny she is and that she constantly pokes fun at herself.
3. Whats the first thing that you notice about someone?
Their Voice, and possibly their personality, but it depends on how strong of a personality they have.
4. What’s your favourite cocktail?
I usually order a Mojito, preferably a Passionfruit one, or anything that contains Amaretto.
5. What’s your favourite Food?
Pizza, I would probably eat it everyday if I could.
6. If you wrote an autobiography, what would it be called?
At the moment, it would be called The Roar of the Blind Lion.
7. What’s your favourite TV show of all time?
Charmed, the original Series, not the remake, as I just couldn’t seem to get into it.
8. What’s your favourite season?
Summer, but the end of Summer as I don’t particularly like to be too hot, plus it’s my Birthday at the beginning of August.
9. Whats three things you can’t live without?
My iPhone, my Cane, and lots of Music.
10. What’s your favourite app?
It constantly changes, but i’m really loving Instagram at the moment as I love how friendly everyone is.
11. Whats your spirit animal?
A Lion.
12. What’s your favourite Disney Villain?
Either the Evil Queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs or Maleficent, preferably the Angelina Jolie version.
13. Whats the first thing you do in the morning?
I check my Phone, usually my Emails, then Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
14. What’s your favourite colour?
Red, that’s why I have a Red Cane, and can often be seen wearing Red Shoes.
15. If you ran the world, whats the first rule you would enact?
That everywhere has to be totally accessible to people with a Disability, and that includes places online.
16. If you could teach one Subject in school, what would it be?
I would Probably teach Disability Awareness, as I don’t think enough people actually know what it is, and teaching it in Schools would mean that nobody has an excuse when it comes to knowing how to help someone with a Disability.
17. It’s Karaoke night, what do you pick?
I’m Outta Love by Anastacia.
18. How do you usually unwind?
By either watching TV, listening to Music, or taking a nice long Bath.
19. Whats the best concert you’ve been to?
It would have to be either the Anastacia Ultimate Collection Tour Sheffield as i’ve been a massive fan of her’s for years and she actually stood in front of me during it, or the Kylie Minogue Golden Tour Manchester, as it was an absolutely amazing performance.
20. What’s your least favourite food?
Definitely Mushrooms. They’re absolutely disgusting.
21. What was the best gift you’ve ever received?
A Kitten for my 16th Birthday.
22. Who’s your favourite Actress?
Charlize Theron.
23. What’s your favourite Dessert?
Either an Apple Pie with Double Cream, Lemon Meringue Pie, or Treacle Sponge & Custard.
24. What’s some of your favourite lyrics?
Well you’re trippin’ if you’re thinkin’, I ain’t gonna speak my Mind. Well pardon me for livin’, expressin’ my opinion. That’s just the way I see it, The Way I See It by Anastacia.
25. If you had a Superpower, what would it be?
Invisibility. I know it’s what everyone says, but I just like people watching and this would be the ultimate way to do it.
26. What’s something you’d like to learn?
I’m currently attempting to teach myself Braille, which is something that i’ve been wanting to learn for years.
27. Are you a morning or an evening person?
I’m an evening person, as it’s when I feel most creative.
28. What’s your go to Fragrance?
I don’t wear the same Fragrance everyday as I like to mix it up, but one that i’ve worn for years is Davidoff Horizon.
29. What’s your biggest pet peeve?
Ignorance and rudeness, it makes me want to slap someone in the Face.
30. What’s one word that you hate saying?
Sorry. I know it sounds strange, but as someone who uses a Cane, I say it quite a lot and it annoys the living hell out of me, as it’s usually the person who walks into me who’s in the wrong and not me. I mean come on people, i’m holding a massive Red Cane, you can probably see me from Outer Space.
31. What’s one thing you would like to be remembered for?
I would like to be remembered as someone who made the world a little bit more accessible for the Blind & Visually Impaired community.
32. What blog post took you the longest to write?
my Mobility Training experience post as I must have drafted it about twenty different times.
33. What’s your current favourite Skincare Product?
Anything that contains Squalane. It’s a fantastic Oil that’s perfect for everyone, whether you have Dry, Combo or even Sensitive Skin.
34. If you could have an Operation to fix your Sight, would you?
No! It’s a part of me now, and strangely I wouldn’t feel like myself without my condition.
35. What’s one of the best Restaurants you’ve ever eaten at?
There’s been so many, but I would have to say either MOD Pizza or Smoke BBQ.
36. What was the last book you read?
I’ve just finished reading Is It Just Me by Miranda Hart again.
37. If you ever released a product line, what would it be?
It would either be a range of great smelling Candles or a range of really cool looking Sunglasses.
38. Why did you decide to grow a Beard?
It was basically because i was sick and tired of cutting myself whenever I shaved so I just decided to stop Shaving one day, and now I have a Beard.
39. What’s one of your guilty pleasures?
Judge Judy, I just love that she doesn’t mince her words.
40. Boxers or Briefs?
Briefs, they’re much more comfortable and offer a lot more support than Boxers.
41. What’s your Shoe Size?

42. What’s your favourite Movie of all time?
Bridget Jones’ Diary, it’s just so funny and something that I can watch again and again.
43. You’re stuck on a Dessert Island, apart from SPF, what three things do you bring with you?
My Phone as I can play Music on it, an endless supply of perfectly chilled Cherry Coke, and a pair of Sunglasses as my Eyes start to hurt if they’re in the Sun for too long.
44. What’s your Death Row Meal?
I would have Ham Hock Dough Balls from The Potting Shed to start, a Custom Pizza and Strawberry Milkshake from MOD Pizza as my main Course, a Smore from Smoke BBQ as my Dessert, and Passionfruit Mojitos from Grill on the Square to Drink.
45. What’s one cause you care dearly about?
Anything to do with being Blind or Visually Impaired, like the RNIB, Guide Dogs or Retina UK.
46. What’s one thing you would tell your 16 year old self?
Don’t worry too much and have more fun.
47. If you could make a Cameo in a TV Show, which one would it be?
Doctor Who, either as one of the companions or as someone truly evil who’s trying to kill the Doctor.
48. What was your first Pet called?
Smudge, and he was a massive totally Black Cat with bright Green Eyes.
49. What was the last thing that you bought?
The Runesilk Elements Sample Set.
50. What’s one thing that you still have from your Childhood?
A cut on my Left Pointer Finger that I got when I was about three or four years old.
51. What’s one of your Bad Habits?
I sing in public quite a lot.
52. What’s one place that you would love to visit?
Either Las Vegas, Los Angeles or New York.
53. What’s your favourite Chocolate Bar?
I have far too many to mention, but I really like a Twix, a Kit Kat Chunky, a Dairy Milk, or a Galaxy.
54. How do you come up with your Post ideas?
It depends, I either write about something that i’ve tried like a Skincare Product, or I write about something that’s on my Mind like how I feel about being Visually Impaired.
55. What was your favourite Book when you were a Child?
Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll.
56. What’s one Skill you would love to master?
I would love to be able to play some kind of an Instrument.
57. What’s your biggest Phobia?
Bugs. I think it’s something to do with them being so small and me not being able to see them.
58. If you won the Lottery, what would you do first?
Probably buy a House or go on one hell of a spending spree.
59. What did you want to be when you were a Child?
A Teacher, but I spent my Work Experience as a Teacher and it wasn’t for me.
60. What’s your favourite Holiday?
Christmas, I love the food, the Drink, the Presents and even the madness of the Boxing Day Sales.
61. What’s one noise that really irritates you?
There’s a lot, but Children Screaming is pretty up there.
62. Where do you spend most of your time?
In Bed. It’s also where I write most of my Posts as it’s where I feel most comfortable.
63. How would you describe your personal style?
Casual with a lot of Red.
64. What’s a Gift that you really liked giving?
I once gave Jamie a Poster of his favourite Band that I secretly arranged to have signed, which he didn’t realise until he had unravelled it.
65. What’s one of your hidden talents?
I’m a pretty good Singer.
66. How do you take your Tea?
Pretty strong, with two Sugars and a dash of Milk.
67. What’s one thing you’re looking forward to this year?
I’m looking forward to quite a lot actually, including my 30th Birthday, seeing the Pussycat Dolls perform their Unfinished Business Tour in Manchester, and seeing
Jimmy Carr, Chris McCausland, and Jon Richardson all perform their Stand Up Tours in Bradford.
68. If you were to get a Tattoo, what would it be of and where would you get it?
I wouldn’t get one as I don’t see the point in them, especially as I wouldn’t be able to see it.
69. What’s your favourite Board Game?
Monopoly.
70. Where’s your happy place?
My House, anywhere in Leeds City Centre, and of course my local Lush store.
71. Who was the last person you messaged?
Jamie.
72. What’s one Sport that you would like to get in to?
Indoor Rock Climbing. I just think that it looks really fun.
73. Would you ever answer another 73 questions?
