It’s no secret that I absolutely love relaxing with a nice Bath Bomb, Bath Melt or Bubble Bar at the end of a long or stressful day, especially if it’s from Lush, as a nice, long Bath is pretty much the only place that I can truly relax and unwind. That’s why when I had heard that they had released a World Bath Bomb Day 2026 range that contains six of their most popular Bath Bombs, including Avobath, Big Blue, Butterball, Intergalactic, Sex Bomb, and Twilight, as well as a brand-new Bath Bomb and some corresponding Spa Treatments, I obviously had to pop down to my local Lush store and check everything out. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up an Avobath Bath Bomb, a Big Blue Bath Bomb, and a Lola’s Aurora Borealis Bath Bomb, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

The Lush Avobath Bath Bomb.

The Lush Big Blue Bath Bomb.
Time for some Vitamin Sea.
Drift in a blissfully soothing blend of Lemon and Lavender Oils, with Hand-Harvested Arame Seaweed that’s rich in Minerals, to float cares away.
How to use.
When you need a dip in the deep, run a Bath and drop in this Bath Bomb to release the softening Sea Salt and Seaweed.
How to store.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Fresh Avocado, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lemongrass Oil, Bergamot Oil, Gardenia Extract, Titanium Dioxide, Cornstarch, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Citral, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool, Fragrance, Colour 19140:1, and Colour 42090:2, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly grassy Lemongrass scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you cut into a perfectly-ripened Lemon.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful Bright Green all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of gorgeous Dark Green all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the beautiful Bright Green to turn my entire Bath a stunning shimmering Emerald Green colour.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, soothed, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly grassy Lemongrass for hours after I had used it.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Coarse Sea Salt, Fine Sea Salt, Fragrance, Kombu Seaweed, Lemon Oil, Lavender Oil, Seaweed Absolute, Water, Dipropylene Glycol, Eugenol, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool, Colour 42090, and Colour 19140, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and oceanic yet ever so slightly zesty Seaweed scent to it that kind of reminded me of splashing around in the Ocean on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright White Foam all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of gorgeous Bright Blue all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the beautiful bright White Foam to turn my entire Bath a stunning shimmering Teal colour. I also really liked that once it had finally finished fizzing and hissing, that it released little pieces of Kombu Seaweed all over the surface of the Water that made it feel like I was actually bathing in the Ocean.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and oceanic yet ever so slightly zesty Seaweed for hours after I had used it.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Bergamot Oil, Fir Needle Extract, Peppermint Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Popping Candy, Pine Needle Powder, Glycerin, Water, Titanium Dioxide, Cornstarch, Dipropylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Sodium Coco-Sulfate, Epsom Salts, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Calcium Sodium Borosilicate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Tin Oxide, Limonene, Linalool, Fragrance, Colour 47005:1, Colour 42090, Colour 45350, Colour 42090:2, Colour 45410:2, Colour 77499, Colour 45410, and Colour 77491, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and ozonic yet ever so slightly minty Peppermint scent to it that kind of reminded me of walking past a Peppermint Plant after it’s just finished raining on a balmy Spring Afternoon.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful Bright White Foam all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of gorgeous bright Blue, Green and Purple all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the bright White Foam to turn my entire Bath a stunning shimmering Neon Green colour. I also really liked that once it had finally finished fizzing and hissing, that it released little pieces of Popping Candy all over the surface of the Water that made it sound like a Thunderstorm was actually happing in my Bath, as well as some pieces of Epsom Salts all over the surface of the Water that eventually dissolved and left behind some incredibly silky soft feeling Water.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, soothed, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and ozonic yet ever so slightly minty Peppermint for hours after I had used it.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Lush Avobath Bath Bomb a nine point five out of ten, the Lush Big Blue Bath Bomb a nine out of ten, and the Lush Lola’s Aurora Borealis Bath Bomb an eight point five out of ten. I really liked the Lush Avobath Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly grassy Lemongrass scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly grassy Lemongrass scent was also available in some other products, like a Body Lotion, a Body Spray, or maybe even a Shower Gel. I really liked the Lush Big Blue Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and oceanic yet ever so slightly zesty Seaweed scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had come wrapped in a piece of Muslin Cloth like their Ceridwen’s Cauldron Bath Oil so that the little pieces of Kombu Seaweed didn’t get everywhere. I really liked the Lush Lola’s Aurora Borealis Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and ozonic yet ever so slightly minty Peppermint scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Eucalyptus.
