I’m always trying to add more natural Skincare into my Skincare routine. That’s why when the guys over at Natura Siberica very kindly asked me if I would like to try some of their Northern Soap, I of course said yes. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.
Here’s what Natura Siberica say about their Northern Soap.
Experience the deep cleansing power of activated Charcoal with our award-winning Northern Soap.
Featuring highly absorbent activated Carbon to draw impurities from deep within the Skin, and enriched with unique and powerful wild harvested Herbs and Berries from Northern Siberia, our Northern Soap will leave your Skin feeling super clean and sparkling.
We carefully studied and brought together the ancient recipes of the northern Nenec, Selkup and Khanty people, to create this unique Facial Cleanser featuring a unique blend of wild harvested Siberian Herbs and Berries rich in valuable Oils and Vitamins known as the Northern collection.
Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.
I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Sea-Buckthorn Oil, Siberian Cedar Oil, Flax Seed Oil, Dwarf Birch Bud Oil,, Bilberry Oil, Sakhalin Raspberry Seed Oil, and Northern Cloudberry Extract, I thought that it had a deep and musky yet ever so slightly sweet Cherry scent to it that kind of reminded me of The Yorkshire Soap Company Cherry Bakewell Body Lotion.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Facial Cleanser, I thought that it felt really thick and balmy, and was more like a thick and balmy Body Butter rather than a thick and creamy Facial Cleanser.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from a thick and balmy Body Butter into a thick and creamy yet frothy Facial Cleanser that spread really easily across my Face.
I really liked it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, matte, silky soft and moisturised, but it also left it looking extremely glowing and radiant too.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a massive Plastic Tub with a cushioned screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Natura Siverica Northern Soap a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and musky yet ever so slightly sweet Cherry Bakewell scent, it’s thick and balmy consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it was a little bit easier to get hold of, as i’ll definitely be repurchasing it very soon.
I was very kindly sent a tub of the Natura Siberica Northern Soap to review, but all thoughts, opinions, and general ramblings are my own.
