Christmas definitely has to be one of my favourite times of the year, especially when it comes to Lush, as it normally means that I get to see some of my favourite scents, like Celebrate, Hot Toddy, and Snowcake, reimagined into some cool, quirky and usually festive shaped products. That’s why when I went to Lush White Rose a couple of weeks ago to check out all of their Christmas 2023 range, I obviously had to stop by their Bath Bomb & Bubble Bar Department to check out all of their delicious smelling Christmas Bath Bombs and Bubble Bars. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up a Catch Me If You Can Bath Bomb, a Groovy Fairy Bath Bomb, a Lump Of Coal Bath Bomb, a Penguin Bath Bomb, a Reindeer Bubble Bar, and a Snowy Bath Bomb, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

Here’s what Lush say about all six delicious smelling products.

The Catch Me If You Can Bath Bomb.

Run, run, run after this uplifting Soak.

How to use.

Its scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contains Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Cornstarch, Sweet Wild Orange Oil, Lime Oil, Cream Of Tartar, Water, Gardenia Extract, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Ginger Powder, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Dipropylene Glycol, Lauryl Betaine, Silica, Tin Oxide, Citral, Citronellol, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool, Fragrance, Colour 19140:1, Colour 47005, Colour 77491, and Colour 42090, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Orange scent to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Glass of Bucks Fizz on Christmas Morning.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright Yellow all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of gorgeous neon Green all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the beautiful bright Yellow to turn my entire Bath a stunning shimmering Neon Green colour. I also really liked that as it was fizzing and hissing, that it released little pieces of Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil all over the surface of the Water that eventually melted and left behind some really silky soft feeling Water.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Orange for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Groovy Fairy Bath Bomb.

Its scent.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Cornstarch, Fragrance, Persian Lime Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Water, Synthetic Musk, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Tin Oxide, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Colour 45410:2, Colour 45410:1, Colour 17200, and Colour 45410, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly synthetic Candy Floss scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a massive Bag of Candy Floss from the Fair.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright Pink all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of gorgeous dark Pink all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the beautiful bright Pink to turn my entire Bath a stunning shimmering Fuchsia colour.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly synthetic Candy Floss for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Lump Of Coal Bath Bomb.

Its scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Alcohol Denat, Cinnamon Leaf Oil, Clove Bud Oil, Brazilian Orange Oil, Cream Of Tartar, Water, Titanium Dioxide, Dipropylene Glycol, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Sodium Coco Sulfate, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Silica, Tin Oxide, Cinnamal, Eugenol, Limonene, Fragrance, Colour 77499, Colour 19140:1, Colour 77491, Colour 45410:2, Colour 42090, Colour 45410:1, Colour 17200, Colour 14700, Colour 42053, Colour 15985:1, Colour 45410, and Colour 42090:2, I thought that it had a delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly zesty Hot Toddy scent to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Mug of Hot Toddy on a freezing cold Winter’s Night.,

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful dark Black and vivid dark Purple all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended together to turn my entire Bath a gorgeous dark Black colour, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of beautiful bright Gold all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the gorgeous dark Black to turn my entire Bath a stunning shimmering inky Black colour.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly zesty Hot Toddy for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Penguin Bath Bomb.

Its scent.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Fragrance, Bergamot Oil, Sicilian Lemon Oil, Orange Flower Absolute, Sicilian Red Mandarin Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Cornstarch, Water, Propylene Glycol, Alcohol Denat, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Limonene, Linalool, Colour 45410:2, Colour 45410, Colour 42090:2, Colour 42090, Colour 45410:1, Colour 15985:1, and Colour 19140:1, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and fruity yet ever so slightly grassy Orange Blossom scent to it that kind of reminded me of walking past an Orange Tree on a balmy Spring Afternoon.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright Orange and Pink all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended together to turn my entire Bath a gorgeous dark Orange colour, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of beautiful bright Purple all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the gorgeous dark Orange to turn my entire Bath a stunning shimmering Pastel Lavender colour.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and fruity yet ever so slightly grassy Orange Blossom for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Reindeer Bubble Bar.

Its scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Cream Of Tartar, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Lauryl Betaine, Fragrance, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Almond Essential Oil, Benzoin Resinoid, Titanium Dioxide, Glycerine, Water, Irish Moss Powder, Cornstarch, Tragacanth Gum, Talc, Alcohol Denat, Tin Oxide, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Benzyl Alcohol, Coumarin, Limonene, Colour 15510, Colour 77491, and Colour 15851, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Cherry scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you blend up some perfectly ripened Cherries to make a Cherry Pie.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had crumbled a little bit of it under some running Water and had let my Bath fill all the way to the top, it created mounds of incredibly silky soft shimmering bright Orange Bubbles that made it look like I was bathing in a Sea of Clouds at Sunset.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Cherry for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Snowy Bath Bomb.

Its scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Cornstarch, Bergamot Oil, Lavender Oil, Lemongrass Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Cream Of Tartar, Water, Alcohol Denat, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Dipropylene Glycol, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Tin Oxide, Citral, Coumarin, Eugenol, Limonene, Linalool, Fragrance, Colour 77499, and Colour 42090, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and zesty yet ever so slightly floral Lemongrass scent to it that kind of reminded me of eating Cream Cakes and sipping a massive Glass of freshly made Lemonade on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright White Foam all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of vivid bright Blue all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the beautiful bright White Foam to turn my entire Barth a stunning shimmering Sky Blue colour.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly floral Lemongrass for hours after I had used it.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Lush Catch Me If You Can Bath Bomb an eight point five out of ten, the Lush Groovy Fairy Bath Bomb an eight out of ten, the Lush Lump Of Coal Bath Bomb a nine out of ten, the Lush Penguin Bath Bomb an eight out of ten, the Lush Reindeer Bubble Bar an eight point five out of ten, and the Lush Snowy Bath Bomb an eight point five out of ten. I really liked the Lush Catch Me If You Can Bath Bomb ,as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Orange scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Orange and Lime. I really liked the Lush Groovy Fairy Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly synthetic Candy Floss scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had contained a little bit of Popping Candy to make it sound like a Fairy was actually dancing around in my Bath. I really liked the Lush Lump Of Coal Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly zesty Hot Toddy scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it was part of their main range. I really liked the Lush Penguin Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and fruity yet ever so slightly grassy Orange Blossom scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Orange Flower Absolute. I really liked the Lush Reindeer Bubble Bar, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Cherry scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had been a little bit bigger as I only managed to get one decent sized Bath out of it. I really liked the Lush Snowy Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly floral Lemongrass scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had contained some Popping Candy to make it sound like a Snowman was talking in my Bath, especially if they were trying to go with a Frosty The Snowman theme.
