I absolutely love this time of the year, as it means that Lush releases all of their Christmas range and I get to visit my local store and spend at least an hour sniffing, touching and even using some of the new and interesting products that they’ve released. That’s why when I had heard that they had released their Christmas 2020 range, I obviously had to pop down to my local Lush store and check everything out. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up an Angels Delight Bath Bomb, an Elfie Stick Bubble Stick, a Holly Go Lightly 3 Bath Gift Bomb, an I Want A Hippopotamus Fr Christmas Bath Bomb, a Kinky Boots Bubble Bar, a Tick-Tock Bath Bomb, and a Winter Garden Bath Bomb, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

Heres what Lush say about all seven delicious smelling products.

The Angels Delight Bath Bomb.

So sweet, this Bath Bomb brings a classic Lush Christmas Experience to your Bathroom. Plastic Free Gold Lustre adds a sprinkle of magic.

How to use.

Run a Bath and drop in this Candy creation. Orange and Tangerine Oils will boost Winter Skin while you reminisce about Christmases gone by.

How to store.

In a cool dry place, ready to uplift you.

The Elfie Stick Bubble Stick.

A Christmas treat with mounds of Banana Candy scented Foam for Plastic Free Bubble Baths. You’ll get two to four Baths from this S’Elfie Stick.

How to use.

Set at the bottom of your Tub, run the Tap and watch the Bubbles grow. When you have enough, pop it on the side or in a Soap Dish for next time.

How to store.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Perfume, Tangerine Oil, Orange Oil, Water, Titanium Dioxide, Sodium Laurylglucosides Hydroxypropylsulfonate, Propylene Glycol, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Silica, Limonene, Linalool, Colour 19140:1, Colour 45410:2, Colour 45410:1, Colour 77491, Colour 19140, and Colour 47005, I thought that it had a delicious deep and fruity yet ever so slightly zesty Orange scent to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Mug of Twinings Cranberry & Blood Orange Tea.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright Pink all over the surface of the water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of beautiful deep Orange and lots of Gold Lustre all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended together to turn my entire Bath a gorgeous shimmering deep Pink colour.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious deep and fruity yet ever so slightly zesty Orange for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Elfie Stick Bubble Stick.

It’s scent.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Carbonate, Cream of Tartar, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glycerine, Lauryl Betaine, Perfume, Labdanum Resinoid, Sicilian Lemon Oil, Vetivert Oil, Tapioca Pearls, Titanium Dioxide, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Salicylate, Citral, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool, Colour 77288, Colour 47005:1, Colour 47005, Colour 59040, Colour 45350, Colour 42090, and Colour 14700, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly nutty Banana scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you’ve just taken a massive Loaf of Banana Bread out of the Oven.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had placed it at the bottom of my Bathtub and had let the Water fill all the way to the top, it created tons of incredibly silky soft deep Green and Brown Bubbles that made it look like I was bathing in a Sea of deep Green and Brown swirled Clouds.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly nutty Banana for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Holly Go Lightly 3 Bath Gift Bomb.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Cream of Tartar, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate, Lemongrass Oil, Bergamot Oil, Water (Aqua), Titanium Dioxide , Gardenia Extract, Lauryl Betaine, Dipropylene Glycol, Citral, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool, Perfume, Colour 19140, Colour 59040, Colour 42090, Colour 15850:1, Colour 73360, and Colour 47005, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sharp Lemongrass scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you crush up a bunch of Lemongrass to make a Thai Green Curry.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had sprinkled some of it’s Bubble Bar Powder all over the surface of the Water, it created loads of incredibly silky soft bright Green Bubbles that more or less disappeared after a minute or two. Then once the Bath Bomb hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright Green all over the surface of the Water, and then when the Stopper came off it also released streams of beautiful pale Red that eventually blended with the bright Green to turn my entire Bath a gorgeous deep Green colour.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sharp Lemongrass for hours after I had used it.

The Lush I Want A Hippopotamus For Christmas Bath Bomb.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Perfume, Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate, Grapefruit Oil, Bergamot Oil, Almond Essential Oil, Cold Pressed Raspberry Seed Oil, Popping Candy, Water, Glycerine, Titanium Dioxide, Dipropylene Glycol, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose, Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Limonene, Linalool, Colour 17200, Colour 77492, and Colour 42053, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly floral Blackcurrant scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had crushed up an entire Packet of Palma Violet Sweets into a massive Jug of Blackcurrant Juice.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful dark Blue all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of beautiful light Purple and lots of Silver Lustre all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended together with the beautiful Blue to turn my entire Bath a gorgeous shimmering deep Purple colour. I also really liked that it released little pieces of Popping Candy all over the surface of the Water, as that plus the fact that it fizzed for at least five minutes straight made it sound like a real life Hippopotamus was bobbing up and down and splashing around in my Bathtub.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly floral Blackcurrant for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Kinky Boots Bubble Bar.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Cream of Tartar, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Lauryl Betaine, Cornstarch, Laureth 4, Perfume, Jasmine Absolute, Clary Sage Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil, Carnauba Wax, Titanium Dioxide, Synthetic Musk, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool, Colour 73360, Colour 77499, Colour 45410, Colour 45410:2, Colour 17200, Colour 42053, Colour 42090, and Colour 42090:2, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly musky Jasmine scent to it that kind of reminded me of being sat by a massive Jasmine Plant on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had crumbled a little bit of it under some running Water and had let my Bath fill all the way to the top, it created lots of incredibly silky soft light Red Bubbles that made it look like I was bathing in a Sea of beautiful light Red Clouds. I also really liked that when the Bath Oil hit the Water, that it slowly started to melt and released streams a vibrant Black all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended together with the dark Red Bubbles to turn my entire Bath a beautiful deep Burgundy colour.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and floral yet ever so slightly musky Jasmine for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Tick-Tock Bath Bomb.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, DRF Alcohol, Popping Candy, Sweet Wild Orange Oil, Cassia Oil, Neroli Oil, Water, Titanium Dioxide, Dipropylene Glycol, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Silica, Cinnamal, Citral, Coumarin, Limonene, Linalool, Perfume, Colour 47005, Colour 15985:1, Colour 19140:1, Colour 14700, Colour 19140, and Colour 77491, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly spicy Orange and Cinnamon scent to it that kind of reminded me of burning a Glade Warm Spiced Orange Candle on a freezing cold Winter’s Night.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful vibrant Orange all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of beautiful deep Red and lots of Gold Lustre all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended together to turn my entire Bath a stunning shimmering dark Orange colour. I also really liked that it released lots of Popping Candy all over the surface of the Water, as that plus the fact that it fizzed for at least five minutes straight made it sound like the little Clockwork Man was actually ticking and moving around in my Bathtub.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly zesty Cinnamon and Orange for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Winter Garden Bath Bomb.

It’s scent.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Rice Starch, Perfume, Titanium Dioxide, Ylang Ylang Oil, Benzoin Resinoid, Bergamot Oil, Marigold Petals, Blue Cornflowers, Pink Delphinium Petals, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Water, Dipropylene Glycol, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Calcium Sodium Borosilicate, Silica, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Amyl Cinnamal, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Salicylate, Farnesol, Geraniol, Hydroxycitronellal, Limonene, Linalool, and Colour 77491, I thought that it had a very overpowering fresh and floral yet ever so slightly sweet Ylang Ylang scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you walk into a Florist.

What it did when I used it.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of really frothy White Foam all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more minutes it also released little pieces of Marigold Flower Petals, Bluecorn Flowers and Pink Delphinium Petals all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended together with the frothy White Foam to make it look and feel like I was bathing in a massive Vase of Flowers.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of very powerful fresh and floral yet ever so slightly sweet Ylang Ylang for hours after I had used it.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Lush Angels Delight Bath Bomb an eight point five out of ten, the Lush Elfie Stick Bubble Stick an eight out of ten, the Lush Holly Go Lightly 3 Bath Gift Bomb an eight out of ten, the Lush I Want A Hippopotamus For Christmas an eight point five out of ten, the Lush Kinky Boots Bubble Bar a nine out of ten, the Lush Tick-Tock Bath Bomb a nine out of ten, and the Lush Winter Garden Bath Bomb a six point five out of ten. I really liked the Lush Angels Delight Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and fruity yet ever so slightly zesty Orange scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more fresh and zesty instead of smelling so deep and fruity. I really liked the Lush Elfie Stick Bubble Stick, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly nutty Banana scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I did think that having to remove it from a Bath full of boiling hot Water when you have enough Bubbles was extremely dangerous, especially if you can’t actually see what you’re doing in the first place. I really liked the Lush Holly Go Lightly 3 Bath Gift Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sharp Lemongrass scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I did think that it was a little bit on the expensive side for a Bath Bomb, even if you could technically get three Baths out of it. I really liked the Lush I Want A Hippopotamus For Christmas Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly floral Blackcurrant scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it was part of their main range. I really liked the Lush Kinky Boots Bubble Bar, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly musky Jasmine scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt even stronger and that it was part of their main range. I really liked the Lush Tick-Tock Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly spicy Orange and Cinnamon scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt even stronger and that it was part of their main range. I wasn’t really a massive fan of the Lush Winter Garden Bath Bomb, as even though I absolutely loved it’s results, I unfortunately just didn’t like it’s very overpowering fresh and floral yet ever so slightly sweet Ylang Ylang scent, or that it made me feel like I was bathing in a Vase of Flowers when I used it.
