As you probably already know, I absolutely love it whenever Lush releases anything new. That’s why when I had heard that they had released their Easter 2020 range, I obviously had to pop down to my local Lush store and check everything out. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up a Magic Rabbit Bath Bomb, a Lucky Carrot Bubble Bar, a Dinosaur Bombshell Egg Bath Bomb, a Tub of Sunnyside Up Shower Jelly, and an Avo Good Easter Soap, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.
Here’s what Lush say about all five delicious smelling products.
The Magic Rabbit Bath Bomb.
Looking for a show stopping Bath? Don’t split Hares. Drop this little Hat into your Tub and marvel as it transforms your Water into a beautifully fruity, deep Purple Bath. Full to the brim of Davana, Lemon Myrtle and Tonka, this will truly cap off your bathing experience. Watch as your little White Rabbit emerges in a fizzy, crackling spectacle of colour.

Keep it dry and cool while you’re storing it, and then once it’s in use keep on a Soap Dish within easy reach of the Sink or Shower.

The Magic Rabbit Bath Bomb.
It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Popping Candy, Davana Oil, Lemon Myrtle Oil, Tonka Absolute, and Benzoin Resinoid, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Raspberry scent to it that kind of reminded me of a massive Glass of Ribena Raspberry Squash.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful vivid Purple all over the surface of the Water and then after a couple more minutes it also released streams of creamy Red all over the surface of the Water. Then after a few more minutes it also released streams of creamy White Foam with little specks of Pink and Purple running all the way through it all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended together to turn my entire Bath a gorgeous deep Purple colour. I also really liked that once it had all finished fizzing that it also released a little Paper Rabbit that gently floated across the surface of the Water.
It’s results.
I really liked it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Raspberry for at least half an hour after I had used it. I did however notice that because of it’s colour that it left quite a lot of dark Purple marks all over my Bath Tub though.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Cream of Tartar, Sicilian Lemon Oil, Tangerine Oil, and Lemon Myrtle Oil, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sour Orange scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you zest an Orange.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had crumbled some of it under some running Water and had let my Bath fill all the way to the top, it created lots of thick and creamy yet ever so slightly fluffy shimmering bright Orange Bubbles that made it look like I was bathing in a Sea of bright Orange Clouds.
It’s results.
I really liked it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sour Orange for at least an hour after I had used it.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Popping Candy, Cream of Tartar, Grapefruit Oil, Bergamot Oil, Almond Essential Oil, and Gardenia Extract, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly floral Blackcurrant scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had poured a Glass of Blackcurrant Juice over some Violet Leaves.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful Blue and yellow all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended together to turn my entire Bath a gorgeous shimmering Pastel Green colour. I also really liked that as it fizzed, that it also released lots of pieces of Popping Candy into the Water that started to fizz and crackle so that it sounded like the Egg was actually hatching.
I also really liked that when I used the little Dinosaur shaped Bubble Bar that was hidden inside the Bath Bomb, that it created lots of thick and creamy Pastel Green Bubbles that made it look like I was bathing in a Sea of Pastel Green Clouds.
It’s results.
I really liked it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly floral Blackcurrant for hours after I had used it.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Glycerin, Fresh Coconut Infusion, Fresh Pineapple Infusion, Carrageenan Extract, Brazilian Orange Oil, and Vetivert Oil, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Pineapple scent to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a Pina Colada on a scorching hot Summer’s Day.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Shower Jelly, I thought that it felt really tough and rubbery, and was more like a really tough and rubbery Ball of Rubber rather than a squishy and slimy yet ever so slightly watery Shower Jelly.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it started to release lots of thin and balmy yet ever so slightly creamy Shower Gel that spread really easily across my Body. I did however notice that it’s Yolk unfortunately came loose and actually fell off the first time that I used it though which was a little disappointing.
It’s results.
I really liked it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, bouncy and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Pineapple for hours after I had used it.

The Avo Good Easter Soap.
It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Rapeseed Oil, Bergamot Oil, Litsea Cubeba Oil, Olibanum Oil, Organic Avocado Oil, Glycerin, and Corn Starch, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly biscuity Lemon and Lime scent to it that kind of reminded me of a massive slice of Key Lime Pie.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had held it under some running Water for a couple of seconds and had started to massage it into my Skin, it created a really thin and creamy lather that spread really easily across my Hands.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly biscuity Lemon and Lime for at least ten minutes after I had used it.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Lush Magic Rabbit Bath Bomb an eight point five out of ten, the Lush Lucky Carrot Bubble Bar an eight point five out of ten, the Lush Dinosaur Bombshell Egg Bath Bomb a nine out of ten, the Lush Sunnyside Up Shower Jelly a nine out of ten ,and the Lush Avo Good Easter Soap a nine out of ten. I really liked the Lush Magic Rabbit Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Raspberry scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it was a little bit more moisturising and that it hadn’t created so much mess after I had used it. I really liked the Lush Lucky Carrot Bubble Bar, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sour Orange scent, what it did when I used it ,and it’s results, but I just wish that it had contained Buchu Oil so that it had smelt like the Bunch of Carrots Bubble Bars from last year. I really liked the Lush Dinosaur Bombshell Egg Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly floral Blackcurrant scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it was part of their main range. I really liked the Lush Sunnyside Up Shower Jelly, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Pineapple scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it’s Yolk hadn’t come off the first time that I had used it and that it was part of their main range. I really liked the Lush Avo Good Easter Soap, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly biscuity Lemon and Lime scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt even stronger.
