One of my strangest favourite scents definitely has to be the smell of Tea Tree Oil, as I absolutely love it’s delicious deep and grassy yet ever so slightly medicinal scent. That’s why when the guys over at Man Made Beard Company very kindly asked me if I would like to try a Bottle of their The Hard Man Beard Oil, I of course said yes. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sweet Almond Oil, Argan Kernel Oil, Jojoba Seed Oil, Cedarwood Oil, and Tea Tree Oil, I thought that it had a delicious deep and woody yet ever so slightly medicinal Tea Tree scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you pick some Leaves off of a Tea Tree Tree.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Beard Oil, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly watery, and was more like an incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly watery Facial Serum rather than a thick and oily yet ever so slightly balmy Beard Oil.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Beard, it turned from an incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly watery Facial Serum into a thin and oily yet ever so slightly balmy Beard Oil that spread really easily through my Beard.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Beard and the Skin underneath and around it feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy, thicker, fuller, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious deep and woody yet ever so slightly medicinal Tea Tree for hours after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s packaging, as even though this came in a short rectangular Glass Bottle with a Rubber Pipette Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves, it unfortunately came with a Childproof Lid that was extremely hard to open. I also noticed that it’s Childproof Lid made the top of the Pipette Lid detach from it’s surrounding piece of Plastic every time that I opened it.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Man Made Beard Company The Hard Man Beard Oil a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and woody yet ever so slightly medicinal Tea Tree scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very hard to open Childproof Lid. I also wish that it’s delicious deep and woody yet ever so slightly medicinal Tea Tree scent was available in some other products like a Candle, a Shower Gel, or maybe even a Fragrance.
