Even though I love a good Face Mask, I much prefer using a Face Mask that I can use overnight or can just Tissue off, as it usually means that I can just whack it on and leave it to do it’s thing whilst I get on with doing something else. That’s why when I saw that Latest In Beauty had released a Beauty Bible Award Winners Edit that contained a Tub of the Pixi Rose Remedy Mask that claims to leave you with silky soft, soothed and hydrated Skin as well as being able to Tissue it off whilst I was scrolling through their Website a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Here’s what Pixi say about their Rose Remedy Mask.

How to use.

Use in the AM and PM, or as needed.
Step 1, Apply a thick, even layer to clean Skin, avoiding the Eye Area.
Step 2, Leave on for 10 minutes.
Step 3, Rinse or Tissue off.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Glycerin, Damask Rose Flower Water, Arginine, Meadowfoam Seed Oil, Geranium Flower Oil, Licorice Root Extract, Sunflower Seed Oil, Sea Buckthorn Extract, Lactobacillus Ferment, Chamomile Flower Extract, Argan Kernel Oil, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, Dog Rose Fruit Oil, Damask Rose Flower Extract, Japanese Knotweed Root Extract, Chinaberry Flower Extract, Ivy Gourd Fruit Extract, Chinaberry Leaf Extract, Eggplant Fruit Extract, Damask Rose Flower Oil, Aloe Vera Flower Extract, Coral Weed Extract, Turmeric Root Extract, Holy Basil Leaf Extract, Ceramide NP, Tocopherol, Carbomer, Polyester-5, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol, Canola/Canola Oil, Polyglyceryl-10 Stearate, Buteth-3, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, Sodium Benzotriazolyl Butylphenol Sulfonate, Tributyl Citrate, Phenoxyethanol, Citral, Citronellol, Geraniol, and Linalool, I thought that it had a very subtile fresh and floral yet ever so slightly powdery Rose scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you pick a Rose Petal off of it’s Flower Head.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Face Mask, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly creamy, and was more like an incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly creamy Cleansing Gel rather than a thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Face Mask.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had scooped some of it out of it’s Tub using it’s included Spatula and had started to massage it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly creamy Cleansing Gel into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous Face Mask that sank into my Skin within a matter of seconds.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, soothed, refreshed, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant, a little bit brighter and much healthier for at least an entire 24 hours after I had used it.,

It’s packaging.

I really liked its packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Plastic Tub with a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves. I also really liked that the Tub had a little slot for you to keep it’s Spatula in so that you didn’t lose it in between uses.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Pixi Rose Remedy Mask a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s very subtile fresh and floral yet ever so slightly powdery Rose scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it was available in a much smaller Tub, as 300ml of a Face Mask is quite a lot to use, even if you are using it morning and evening like you’re supposed to do.
