Tea Tastes Terrific | Bird & Blend Tea Company More Tea Gromit? Tea

Some of my favourite Films when I was growing up, especially around Christmas and New Year as they were always on TV at some point, definitely had to be any of the Wallace & Gromit Films. That’s why when I saw that Bird & Blend Tea Company had released a More Tea Gromit? Tea in collaboration with Wallace & Gromit whilst I was scrolling through Instagram a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to hop on to their Website and pick it up. Well i’ve been drinking it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Here’s what Bird & Blend Tea Company say about their More Tea Gromit? Tea.

We’ve collaborated with Aardman to bring you a cracking Tea inspired by Wallace & Gromit. With its energising ingredients, perfect for sparking inventive ideas, it’s Wallace’s perfect morning Cuppa!

This Cube, with 12 single serves, will make a great gift for all Wallace & Gromit fans!

It’s brewing time.

It said that you were supposed to brew this for four minutes at 100ºC, which I thought was the perfect amount of time, as whenever I brewed it for any less I thought that it tasted incredibly weak and basically just tasted of really sweet Sugar Water, and that whenever I brewed it for any longer that it tasted extremely bitter and just tasted of Sri Lankan Black Tea.

It’s taste.

I absolutely loved it’s taste, as even though it contained Sri Lankan Black Tea, Yerba Mate, Desiccated Coconut, Freeze-dried Cranberry, and Natural Flavouring, I thought that it had a delicious deep and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Raspberry Jam taste to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had scooped the filling out of a very high quality Jam and Cream filled Victoria Sponge Cake.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came individually wrapped in a very secure Paper Sachet that kept the Teabag really fresh until I was ready to use it.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Bird & Blend Tea Company More Tea Gromit? Tea a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s brewing time, it’s delicious deep and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Raspberry Jam taste, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it was part of their main range.
