A couple of weeks ago, both me and Jamie were very kindly invited down to McDonald’s Bramley to come and celebrate the launch of The Signature Collection, and after having a fantastic time stuffing our faces full of delicious food, I thought that I would tell you all about it.
Here’s what McDonald’s say about The Signature Collection.

What happened when I visited McDonald’s Bramley.
Once we had finally arrived in Bramley, and had wandered around for a little while, we eventually headed to McDonald’s Bramley, which is located on Butt Lane in Bramley City Centre.
Once we had entered the massive modern looking restaurant, we were both very kindly greeted by one of their really nice staff members, who said hi, and asked us if we were there for The Signature Collection launch. We said hi back, and that yes we were, and after a second or so of her checking her guest list, she asked us if we would like a drink, to which we of course said yes. Then after a second or so of us all chatting, she asked us what we would like to drink, and We both asked if it was ok to get a Coca Cola with no ice, as that was what we normally ordered. She said of course it was, and then after taking our drinks order, she walked us down the Black carpet that they had set up to a massive booth in the corner of the restaurant.
Then once we had sat down and the really nice woman had brought us over our drinks, we just sat, chatted, and sipped our drinks for a while before a really nice man called Saj Shah, who was the franchisee, brought the entire room to a quiet and started to tell us all about himself and the restaurant, including his role within the company, a little about the employees and sales statistics of the restaurant, and even a little about The Signature Collection, including which ingredients are used in each Burger, and that they come packaged in a special box designed by Julien Macdonald.
Then once he had finished talking, we just sat, chatted, and sipped our drinks for a little while longer before a really nice staff member came over and asked us which The Signature Collection Burger we would like to try. We both thought for a second or so and eventually ordered The Barbecue one, as we thought that it sounded the nicest, but we both asked if we could get it without the Cheddar Cheese, and if we could get it with Fries and a Milkshake.
Then whilst we were waiting for our food to arrive, Saj came over and started to tell us a few more things about himself and the restaurant, including is favourite The Signature Collection Burger, and that he was also the franchisee of McDonald’s Bradford Ingelby Road.
Then once we had eventually finished chatting to Saj we just sat and chatted for a couple of minutes before all of our food started to arrive.
What I had to eat and drink at McDonald’s Bramley.
As I already said, I ordered The Barbecue Signature Burger without the Cheddar Cheese, with Fries and a Banana Milkshake.
I absolutely loved the Burger, as even though I found that it was incredibly hard to eat, the Burger itself was cooked to perfection, and was nice and succulent whilst still having a little bit of a bite to it. I also really liked the Barbecue Sauce, Coleslaw, and Beachwood Smoked Bacon, as I thought that the Barbecue Sauce had a nice bit of sweetness to it, the Coleslaw added a nice cool refreshing crunch to everything, and that the Beachwood Smoked Bacon added a little bit of smokey saltiness to everything, as well as being cooked just how I like it.
I also really liked the Fries, as I was expecting them to just be ordinary McDonald’s Fries, but they weren’t, and had been sprinkled with some kind of spicy salty seasoning that made them taste incredible, whilst also having an extremely mild kick to them.
Another thing that I really liked was the Banana Milkshake, as even though it just tasted like one of their ordinary Banana Milkshakes, it had an extra layer of creaminess to it that was perfect for when the spicy saltiness of the Fries got a little bit too much.
Then once we had finally finished eating all of the delicious food, another one of the really nice staff members came over and started to tell us a little about the Ronald McDonald House Charity, RMHC, which provides families with a free home away from home, and enables them to stay close by while their child is in one of their partnering Children’s Hospitals.
Then once we had all finished talking, we decided to go take a selfie on their specially made Golden Throne before deciding that it was time to head of. So we said our thank you’s and goodbye’s to some of the really nice staff members that we had met throughout the evening, and headed off back into Bramley to catch our Train. But before we could leave, one of the really nice staff members handed us both a little goodie bag with one of the specially designed Julien Macdonald boxes, and a really nice McDonald’s pin badge inside it.
I had a fantastic time celebrating the launch of The Signature Collection at McDonald’s Bramley, and if you would like to find out more about The Signature Collection, including which restaurants have it on their menu, then you can find it online here.
I would just like to thank McDonald’s Bramley for having both me and Jamie, and for hosting such a fantastic event.
