Like everyone else during the Pandemic, I became really diligent at always using some kind of Hand Sanitiser after I had touched something and have pretty much continued doing so even though the threat of COVID-19 has “apparently” gone away. Unfortunately though, I always struggle to find a nice smelling and affordable Hand Sanitiser as I don’t really see the point of spending a fortune on something that is essentially just going to evaporate once you have rubbed it into your Hands. That’s why when I saw that Aldi had released a Hotel Collection Luxury Perfumed Antibacterial Hand Gel range whilst I was doing my Weekly Food Shop a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to check it out. Well after checking everything out, I eventually picked up a Bottle of the Hotel Collection Lime, Basil & Mandarin Luxury Perfumed Antibacterial Hand Gel and a Bottle of the Hotel Collection Pomegranate Luxury Perfumed Antibacterial Hand Gel, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

Here’s what Aldi say about both delicious smelling products.

The Aldi Hotel Collection Lime, Basil & Mandarin Luxury Perfumed Antibacterial Hand Gel.

The Aldi Hotel Collection Lime, Basil & Mandarin Luxury Perfumed Antibacterial Hand Gel.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Alcohol Denat, Water, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Propylene Glycol, Fragrance, Aloe Vera Leaf Juice, Maltodextrin, Denatonium Benzoate, 1-Butyl Alcohol, Aminomethyl Propanol, Limonene, Linalool, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Hydroxycitronellol, Citral, and CI 47005, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly herbal Mandarin scent to it that kind of reminded me of being sat outside underneath a Mandarin Tree on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called an Antibacterial Hand Gel, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy, and was more like an incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Micellar Water rather than a thin and watery yet ever so slightly gelatinous Antibacterial Hand Gel.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Micellar Water into a thin and watery yet ever so slightly gelatinous Antibacterial Hand Gel that spread really easily across my Hands.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Hands feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left them smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly grassy Mandarin for at least ten minutes after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short rectangular Plastic Bottle with a clickable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

It’s scent.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Aldi Hotel Collection Lime, Basil & Mandarin Luxury Perfume Antibacterial Hand Gel an eight point five out of ten, and the Aldi Hotel Collection Pomegranate Luxury Perfumed Antibacterial Hand Gel a nine out of ten. I really liked the Aldi Hotel Collection Lime, Basil & Mandarin Luxury Perfumed Antibacterial Hand Gel, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly herbal Mandarin scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Mandarin and that it was also available in a much bigger Bottle. I really liked the Aldi Hotel Collection Pomegranate Luxury Perfumed Antibacterial Hand Gel, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and fruity yet ever so slightly grassy Pomegranate scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Pomegranate and that it was also available in a much bigger Bottle.
