I absolutely love using GlamGlow products, as they always make me feel a little bit bougie whenever I use one of them, but because of their very high price tag, I usually try to buy them whenever they’re on some kind of an offer. That’s why when I saw that they had released a YouthPotion™ Rejuvenating Peptide Serum as part of their Instant Rejuvenating Glow Anti-Ageing Set during their Boxing Day 2020 sale, I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

It’s scent.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Betaine, Red Algae Extract, Raspberry Leaf Extract, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Caffeine, Tocopheryl Acetate, Sodium Hyaluronate, Chestnut Seed Extract, Palmitoyl Hexapeptide-12, Glycerin, St. Paul’s Wort Extract, Sweet Almond Seed Extract, Wheat Germ Extract, Ethylhexylglycerin, Acetyl Glucosamine, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Centaury Extract, Cetearyl Olivate, Squalane, Guggul Resin Extract, Micrococcus Lysate, Lecithin, Dehydroxanthan Gum, Sorbitan Olivate, Decarboxy Carnosine Hcl, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/Vp Copolymer, Butylene Glycol, Glyceryl Polymethacrylate, PEG-8, Fragrance, Limonene, Tocopherol, Disodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Mica, CI 77891, CI 77491, CI 77499, CI 17200, and CI 15985, I thought that it had a very strange deep and nutty yet ever so slightly fruity Raspberry scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had poured some rancid Raspberry Juice on to some wet Cardboard.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Facial Serum, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly gelatinous, and was more like an incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly gelatinous Refreshing Facial Gel rather than a thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Facial Serum.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly gelatinous Refreshing Facial Gel into a thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Facial Serum that sank into my Skin within a matter of seconds.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant and much healthier for hours after I had used it. I also really liked that it managed to ever so slightly minimise some of the Fine Lines and Wrinkles that are around my Eyes and Forehead.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall thin cylindrical Plastic Bottle with a Pump Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves. I also really liked that it came with a Pump Lid, as I always accidentally dispense too much whenever i’m using a Facial Serum, especially when they come in a Bottle with a Pipette Lid, and this meant that I didn’t end up applying too much when I used it.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the GlamGlow YouthPotion™ Rejuvenating Peptide Serum an eight point five out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly gelatinous consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very strange deep and nutty yet ever so slightly fruity Raspberry scent. I also thought that it was a little bit overpriced for a Facial Serum, as I think that there’s a lot of other Facial Serums currently on the market that do a similar job for a lot less money.
