I absolutely love Lush’s range of Bubble Bars, as not only do they create masses amounts of Bubbles and leave my skin feeling incredibly silky soft, they’re also extremely good value for money as you can get more than one use out of them. That’s why when I had heard that they had released their 30th Anniversary Bubble Bar Phase 2 range that includes 14 new Bubble Bars, I obviously had to pop down to my local Lush store and check everything out. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up an Apple Crumble Bubbleroon, a Frozen Reusable Bubble Bar, a Lemon Crumble Bubbleroon, a Matcha Roll Bubble Bar, a Puppy Love Bubble Bar, a Rainbow Bubble Bar, a Raspberry Blower Bubble Blower, and a Vesuvio Bubble Bar, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

Here’s what Lush say about all eight delicious smelling Bubble Bars.

The Apple Crumble Bubbleroon.

How to use.

Crumble a little, a lot, or the whole thing under the Tap as you run the Bath. Climb in to enjoy fluffy Bubbles and blush coloured waters.

How to store.

Keep in a cool, dry place until you’re ready to use.

The Frozen Reusable Bubble Bar.

How to use.

Sweep your Bubble Bar across the Water or release in the Bath while the Tap is running to create peaks of magical Frozen Bubbles.

How to store.

Keep somewhere cool and dry.

The Lemon Crumble Bubbleroon.

How to use.

Break half and crumble it under the running Water to create mountains of juicy Bubbles. Save the other half for next time!

How to store.

Just like a real Lemon, keep this Bubbleroon somewhere cool and dry.

The Matcha Roll Bubble Bar.

How to use.

Crumble between a third and a half of this large Bar under running Water. Settle yourself into the soothing waters and relax. Enough for two to three Baths.

How to store.

Much like real Tea, store this Bubble Bar in a cool, dry place before and between uses.

The Puppy Love Bubble Bar.

How to use.

Crumble this cute creation under the Water to unleash mounds of fluffy Bubbles into your Tub.

How to store.

Keep in a cool, dry place until you’re ready for an uplifting soak.

The Rainbow Bubble Bar.

How to use.

Use a little, a lot, or the whole thing and crumble under running Water. You’ll find mounds of brilliant Bubbles at the end of this Rainbow.

How to store.

Store in a cool, dry place until you’re ready to crumble.

The Raspberry Blower Bubble Blower.

How to use.

Banish boring bathing by swishing your Raspberry Blower around your Tub as it fills. When you’re happy, hold the flat side to your Lips and gently blow to release sweet smelling Bubbles bursting with benefits.

How to store.

Store in a cool, dry place until you’re ready to use.

The Vesuvio Bubble Bar.

How to use.

Add some Warm Water into the crater in the top and watch as the molten mix fizzes and overflows into the Bath. Then crumble the rest of the Bar under the Tap for warming Bubbles.

How to store.

Keep in a cool, dry place, dormant and ready.

The Lush Apple Crumble Bubbleroon.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Cream Of Tartar, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Lauryl Betaine, Fragrance, Cornstarch, Myrrh Resinoid, Orange Flower Absolute, Cinnamon Leaf Oil, Fresh Apple Pulp, Fair Trade Shea Butter, Guar Gum, Titanium Dioxide, Laureth 4, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Silica, Eugenol, Hydroxycitronellol, Linalool, Colour 14700, Colour 77491, and a Makrut Lime Leaf, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and crisp yet ever so slightly fruity Red Apple scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you bite into a perfectly ripened Red Apple.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had crumbled a little bit of it under some running Water and had let my Bath fill all the way to the top, it created mounds of incredibly silky soft shimmering dark Red Bubbles that made it look like I was bathing in a Sea of Clouds at Sunset.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and crisp yet ever so slightly fruity Red Apple for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Frozen Reusable Bubble Bar.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Cream Of Tartar, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glycerine, Lauryl Betaine, Spearmint Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Fine Sea Salt, Cornstarch, Calcium Sodium Borosilicate, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Benzyl Alcohol, Limonene, Fragrance, Colour 42090:2, and Colour 77007, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and minty yet ever so slightly creamy Spearmint scent to it that kind of reminded me of an entire Packet of Wrigley’s Spearmint Chewing Gum.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had held it under some running Water for a couple of seconds and had let my Bath fill all the way to the top, it created mounds of incredibly silky soft shimmering light Green Bubbles that made it look like I was bathing in a Sea of Icebergs out at Sea.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and minty yet ever so slightly creamy Spearmint for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Lemon Crumble Bubbleroon.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Cream Of Tartar, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Lauryl Betaine, Cornstarch, Sicilian Lemon Oil, Laureth 4, Limonene, Fresh Lemon, Fair Trade Shea Butter, Titanium Dioxide, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Citral, Colour 47005:1, and a Makrut Lime Leaf, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sour Lemon scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you chop a Lemon.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had crumbled a little bit of it under some running Water and had let my Bath fill all the way to the top, it created mounds of incredibly silky soft shimmering milky White Bubbles that made it look like I was bathing in a Sea of massive fluffy White Clouds.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sour Lemon for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Matcha Roll Bubble Bar.

It’s scent.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Cream Of Tartar, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Lauryl Betaine, Rice Starch, Fragrance, cardamom Oil, Persian Lime Oil, Tonka Absolute, Almond Essential Oil, Sesame Seed Absolute, Titanium Dioxide, Citral, Coumarin, Eugenol, Limonene, Linalool, Colour 19140:1, and Colour 42090:2, I thought that it had a very strange deep and grassy yet ever so slightly creamy Matcha Green Tea scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you brew a massive Mug of Matcha Green Tea.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had crumble a little bit of it under some running Water and had let my Bath fill all the way to the top, it created mounds of incredibly silky soft light Green Bubbles that made it look like I was bathing in a massive Mug of Matcha Green Tea.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of very strange deep and grassy yet ever so slightly creamy Matcha Green Tea for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Puppy Love Bubble Bar.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Cream Of Tartar, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Lauryl Betaine, Fragrance, Sicilian Red Mandarin Oil, Almond Essential Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Glycerine, Water, Cornstarch, Tragacanth Gum, DRF Alcohol, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Geramiol, Limonene, Colour 47005:1, Colour 17200, Colour 42090, Colour 45410:2, and Colour 45410, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly fizzy Raspberry scent to it that kind of reminded me of eating an entire Packet of Raspberry Refreshers.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had crumbled a little bit of it under some running Water and had let my Bath fill all the way to the top, it created mounds of incredibly silky soft shimmering deep Purple Bubbles that made it look like I was bathing in a Sea of Clouds at Midnight.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly fizzy Raspberry for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Rainbow Bubble Bar.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Cream Of Tartar, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Lauryl Betaine, Fragrance, Sicilian Lemon Oil, Lemon Myrtle Oil, Benzoim Resinoid, Guar Gum, Cornstarch, Titanium Dioxide, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Benzyl Alcohol, Citral, Limonene, Colour 47005, Colour 45410:1, Colour 14700, Colour 19140, Colour 17200, Colour 42090:2, and Colour 42090, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Lemon scent to it that kind of reminded me of eating an entire Packet of very fizzy Lemon Sherbet Sweets.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had crumbled a little bit of it under some running Water and had let my Bath fill all the way to the top, it created mounds of incredibly silky soft shimmering dark Orange Bubbles that made it look like I was bathing in a Sea of Clouds at Sunset.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Lemon for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Raspberry Blower Bubble Blower.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Cream Of Tartar, Lauryl Betaine, Fragrance, Grapefruit Oil, Bergamot Oil, Almond Essential Oil, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Citral, Limonene, Linalool, Colour 45410:1, Colour 45410, and Colour 17200, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly floral Blackcurrant scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had crumbled up an entire Packet of Palma Violet Sweets into a massive Jug of Blackcurrant Juice.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had held it under some running Water for a couple of seconds and had let my Bath fill all the way to the top, it created mounds of incredibly silky soft Pale Pink Bubbles that made it look like I was bathing in a Sea of Clouds at Twilight. I also really liked that I was actually able to blow some very odd shaped Bubbles through it, as even though the idea of a Bubble Blower sounds great, actually creating Bubbles through one is very tricky to do.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly floral Blackcurrant for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Vesuvio Bubble Bar.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Cream Of Tartar, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Fair Trade Organic Shea Butter, Lauryl Betaine, Fragrance, Almond Essential Oil, Brazilian Orange Oil, Cinnamon Leaf Oil, Popping Candy, Carnauba Wax, Titanium Dioxide, Laureth 4, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Cinnamal, Eugenol, Limonene, Colour 15510, Colour 19140, Colour 47005, and Colour 77491, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly spicy Almond scent to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Glass of Amaretto and Cherry Coke in front of a roaring Fire on a freezing cold Winter’s Night.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had held it under some running Water for a couple of seconds and had let my Bath fill all the way to the top, it created mounds of incredibly silky soft shimmering dark Orange Bubbles that made it look like I was bathing in a Sea of Molten Lava. I also really liked that when I used it for the first time, that as the running Water flowed into it’s little Crater it ever so slightly crackled and foamed which made it both sound and look like the Bubble Bar was actually erupting in my Bath.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly spicy Almond for hours after I had used it.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Lush Apple Crumble Bubbleroon an eight point five out of ten, the Lush Frozen Reusable Bubble Bar a nine out of ten, the Lush Lemon Crumble Bubbleroon a nine point five out of ten, the Lush Matcha Roll Bubble Bar a seven out of ten, the Lush Puppy Love Bubble Bar an eight point five out of ten, the Lush Rainbow Bubble Bar a nine out of ten, the Lush Raspberry Blower Bubble Blower a nine out of ten, and the Lush Vesuvio Bubble Bar a nine point five out of ten. I really liked the Lush Apple Crumble Bubbleroon, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and crisp yet ever so slightly fruity Red Apple scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt even more of Apple. I really liked the Lush Frozen Reusable Bubble Bar, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and minty yet ever so slightly creamy Spearmint scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had been a little bit bigger. I really liked the Lush Lemon Crumble Bubbleroon, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sour Lemon scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it was part of their main range. I really liked the Lush Matcha Roll Bubble Bar, as I absolutely loved what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very strange deep and grassy yet ever so slightly creamy Matcha Green Tea scent. I really liked the Lush Puppy Love Bubble Bar, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly fizzy Raspberry scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had been a little bit bigger. I really liked the Lush Rainbow Bubble Bar, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Lemon scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I did notice that it turned my Water a very odd shade of Orange after I had used it a couple of times. I really liked the Lush Raspberry Blower Bubble Blower, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly floral Blackcurrant scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it was part of their main range. I really liked the Lush Vesuvio Bubble Bar, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly spicy Almond scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but it would have been nice if it’s Bath Oil Crater had lasted for more than just one Bath.
