I absolutely love getting my Hair cut, because as well as stopping me from looking like i’ve been dragged threw a Hedge backwards, it also means that I can style my Hair properly again. That’s why when the guys over at Mojo Hair* very kindly asked me if I would like to try some of their amazing Styling Products, I of course said yes. Well i’ve been using them for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

The Mojo Hair* Defining Paste.
It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, VP/VA Copolymer, Lanolin Alcohol, C18-36 Acid Triglyceride, Petrolatum, Propylene Glycol, Carnauba Wax, Paraffin, Cetearyl Alcohol, Fragrance, Phenoxyethanol, Hydrogenated Microcrystalline Wax, Ceteth-10 Phosphate, Dicetyl Phosphate, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Sodium Hydroxide, Ethylhexylglycerin, Limonene, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, BHT, Coumarin, Linalool, and Blue 1, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and masculine yet ever so slightly oceanic Men’s Fragrance scent to it that kind of reminded me of the Davidoff Cool Water Eau De Toilette.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Defining Paste, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and buttery, and was more like an incredibly thick and buttery Body Butter rather than a thick and gloopy yet ever so slightly oily Defining Paste.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had massaged an even layer of it between my Hands and had started to work it into my Hair, it turned from an incredibly thick and buttery Body Butter into a thick and oily Defining Paste that spread really easily through my Hair.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this keep my Hair in place all day, but it also left it looking extremely volumised, full of texture and matte for hours after I had used it. I also really liked that it didn’t dry out my Hair, that it didn’t leave my Hair feeling crispy like some of the other Styling Products that i’ve tried in the past have done, and that it wasn’t too difficult to remove from my Hair.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical Plastic Tub with a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Ceteareth-25, Propanediol, Propylene Glycol, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, VP / VA Copolymer, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, Methylpropanediol, Styrene / Acrylates Copolymer, Limonene, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Coumarin, and Sodium Hydroxide, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and masculine yet ever so slightly oceanic Men’s Fragrance scent to it that kind of reminded me of the Davidoff Cool Water Eau De Toilette.

What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had massaged an even layer of it between my Hands and had started to work it into my Hair, it turned from an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly sticky Styling Paste into a thick and balmy yet ever so slightly sticky Moulding Clay that spread really easily through my Hair.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this keep my Hair in place all day, but it also left it looking extremely volumised and matte for hours after I had used it. I also really liked that it didn’t dry my Hair out and that it didn’t leave my Hair feeling crispy like some of the other Styling Products that i’ve tried in the past have done. I however wasn’t really a massive fan of how difficult it was to remove from my Hair though, as it took at least two washes with a decent Clarifying Shampoo to finally get it out of my Hair.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had massaged an even layer of it between my Hands and had started to work it into my Hair, it turned from an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Beard Balm into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Styling Cream that spread really easily through my Hair.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this keep my Hair in place all day whilst still allowing me to reshape it, but it also left it looking extremely volumised and ever so slightly matte for hours after I had used it. I also really liked that it didn’t feel like I had anything in my Hair, that it didn’t dry my Hair out, that it didn’t leave it feeling crispy like some of the other Styling Products that i’ve tried in the past have done, and that it wasn’t too difficult to remove from my Hair.

My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Mojo Hair* Defining Paste a nine out of ten, the Mojo Hair* Fibre Shaper an eight point five out of ten, the Mojo Hair* Moulding Clay an eight point five out of ten, and the Mojo Hair* Styling Cream a nine point five out of ten. I really liked the Mojo Hair* Defining Paste, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and masculine yet ever so slightly oceanic Men’s Fragrance scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I would have just liked it to have made my Hair look a little bit shinier. I really liked the Mojo Hair* Fibre Shaper, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and masculine yet ever so slightly oceanic Men’s Fragrance scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it hadn’t felt so thick and gloopy. I really liked the Mojo Hair* Moulding Clay, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and masculine yet ever so slightly oceanic Men’s Fragrance scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it hadn’t taken so much effort to remove it from my Hair. I really liked the Mojo Hair* Styling Cream, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and masculine yet ever so slightly oceanic Men’s Fragrance scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had come in a much bigger Tub as it was perfect for those days when I couldn’t really be bothered to style my Hair.
