Spring definitely has to be one of my favourite times of the year, because as well as the Clocks going forward and it staying lighter for longer, it also brings with it a load of delicious smelling scents that I absolutely love, and I thought that I would tell you five of my favourite scents of Spring.
Anyway, that’s enough of me rambling, here’s my five favourite scents of Spring.

A picture of a Field full of Flowers.
1. The smell of Roses.
In my opinion, the smell of Roses during Spring does get a little bit overwhelming, as for some reason it’s when all of the Beauty and Perfume Brands start to release products heavily scented with fake, synthetic Rose, but I strangely actually quite like it. Although it does have to be a particular kind of Rose scent for me to totally love it, for instance, I absolutely love The Body Shop’s British Rose range, but I can’t stand any of the Lush Rose Jam range as it just smells incredibly sweet and synthetic.
2. The smell of a Room full of Chocolate
This is a little bit of a strange one, but Spring usually means Easter, and one of my favourite things about Easter, apart from eating Chocolate whenever I can of course, is the smell of Chocolate, especially when I walk into a store that’s crammed full of it as it’s delicious deep and creamy yet ever so slightly sweet Cocoa scent instantly makes me feel happy.
3. The smell of freshly cut Peaches.
I love all of the Food that Spring brings with it, like freshly made Salads, Lemon Cheesecake, and Fruit Salads, but the smell of freshly cut Peaches instantly makes me feel like Spring has arrived, especially when they’re being cooked or in a nice ice cold Cocktail like a Peach Bellini or a really refreshing Iced Tea.
4. The smell of freshly made Mojitos.
One of the other things that I love about Spring, is that I can start drinking Mojitos, one of my favourite drinks again, and also that whenever one is being made that it instantly fills the entire Bar or Restaurant with their incredibly fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly alcoholic Lime scent as soon as someone starts making one.
5. The smell of a Bouquet of Lilies.
This is another strange one, but the second that Spring starts to arrive, my Mum fills the entire House with Lilies, her favourite Flower. So even though i’m not the biggest fan of their extremely overwhelming fresh and floral yet ever so slightly sweet scent, the smell of Lilies always means that Spring has arrived for me.
I have quite a lot of other favourite scents of Spring, but I just thought that I would tell you five of them.
