I’m an absolute sucker for good Adverts, especially when they’re actually funny unlike a lot of the current adverts that i’ve been seeing lately. That’s why when I kept seeing the advert for Step One on both my TV and Instagram Feed, I finally cracked and decided to hop on to their Website and check everything out. Well after browsing their Website for a good half an hour, I eventually picked up a pair of their Blackcurrant Trunks, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

Their material.
I absolutely loved their material, as even though they were made out of 96% Bamboo Viscose and 4% Elastane, I thought that they felt incredibly soft against my Skin and were more like they were made out of a very thin and stretchy Cotton rather than a thin and fluffy Bamboo Viscose.
Their size.
I really liked their size, as even though I have quite a large sized Waist, I found that Large fitted me like a Glove and didn’t move around or dig into my Skin whilst I was wearing them. I did however think that I should have perhaps bought a pair of their Boxer Briefs instead though, as I would have just preferred it if their Legs had been a centimetre or two longer.
Their support.
I really liked how well these supported me, as they had a piece of Elastic around the Pouch that went around my Balls and cupped and lifted them so that they kept in one place and didn’t move around or mean that I had to keep readjusting my Underwear. I also really liked that because they supported me so well, that they actually made my Package look a little bit bigger too.

What they did when I wore them.
I absolutely loved what these did when I wore them, as they had two little Lycra Thigh Panels on the inner Thigh that meant that my Thighs didn’t rub together when I walked. I even wore them when I went into Leeds to do a little bit of Shopping, which is usually when my inner Thighs would rub together quite a lot, and they didn’t manage to rub together once all day.
Their packaging.
I really liked their packaging, as these came in a really thin and secure Plastic Pouch that kept them really fresh until I was ready to wear them. I also really liked that all of their packaging, including the Bag that the Plastic Pouch came in, was 100% compostable and biodegradable.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Step One Blackcurrant Trunks a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved their incredibly soft and stretchy material, their size, their support, what they did when I wore them, and their packaging, but I just wish that their Legs had been a centimetre or two longer and that they were a little bit easier to get hold of.
