I absolutely love discovering new and interesting Beard Oils, especially ones that have a truly unique scent that can either match my mood or Outfit. That’s why when the guys over at Zion Essentials very kindly asked me if I would like to try a Bottle of their Promised Land Beard Oil that claims to smell of Citrus and Cinnamon, I of course said yes. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Here’s what Zion Essentials say about their Promise Land Beard Oil.
Our Promised Land Beard Oil is a heavenly blend of Citrus and Cinnamon Essential Oils, with an Argan and Jojoba base. It can be used on all Hair and Skin types and has a mesmerising scent along with healing and soothing properties.
It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Argan Oil, Jojoba Seed Oil, Grapefruit Oil, Lemon Oil, Sweet Orange Oil, Cinnamon Oil, and Eucalyptus Oil, I thought that it had a delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly citrusy and fizzy Cola scent to it that kind of reminded me of being sat in a busy Pub drinking a massive Glass of Cola on a freezing cold Winter’s Day.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Beard Oil, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly balmy, and was more like an incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly balmy Facial Oil rather than a thick and oily Beard Oil.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Beard, it turned from an incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly balmy Facial Oil into a thin and oily Beard oil that spread really easily through my Beard.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Beard and the Skin underneath and around it feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy, thicker, fuller, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it looking a lot shinier, much healthier and smelling of delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly citrusy and fizzy Cola for hours after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical Glass Bottle with a Plastic Dropper and a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Zion Essentials Promised Land Beard Oil a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly citrusy and fizzy Cola scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging. But I just wish that it had come in a much bigger Bottle and that it’s delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly citrusy and fizzy Cola scent had lasted for even longer in my Beard.
