One of the things that I absolutely love about Easter, apart from all of the delicious Chocolate of course, definitely has to be all of the Chocolate scented and Easter themed Bath and Body Care products that gets released. Unfortunately though, I find it very hard to find any kind of Chocolate scented Bath and Body Care product that I actually like. That’s why when I saw that The Yorkshire Soap Company had released an Easter 2024 range full of Chocolate scented products whilst I was out Shopping a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pop in and check everything out. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up a Block of Chocolate Bunny Rabbit Soap, and a Bottle of Melted Chocolate Easter Egg Bath & Shower Creme, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Stearate, Glycerin, Sucrose, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sorbitol, Sodium Laurate, Sodium Myristate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Stearic Acid, Lauric Acid, Pentasodium Penetate, Tetrasodium Etidronate, Fragrance, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Alcohol, CI 17789:1, CI 15985, CI 17200, and CI 42090, I thought that it had a delicious deep and chocolatey yet ever so slightly caramely Milk Chocolate scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had melted an entire Box of Cadbury Creme Eggs into a massive Bowl of some very high quality Milk Chocolate.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had held it under some running Water for a couple of seconds and had started to massage it into my Skin, it started to create an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy lather that spread really easily across my Hands.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious deep and chocolatey yet ever so slightly caramely Milk Chocolate for at least ten minutes after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a really thick and soft Silk Organza Bag that I thought looked really professional and would be perfect to give to someone as a Gift.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Peg-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Glycerin, Sodium Chloride, Fragrance, Phenoxyethanol, Glycol Disearate, Marula Oil, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Alcohol, CI 19140, CI 17200, and CI 42090, I thought that it had a delicious deep and chocolatey yet ever so slightly caramely Milk Chocolate scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had melted an entire Box of Cadbury Creme Eggs into a massive Bowl of some very high quality Milk Chocolate.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Bath & Shower Creme, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly creamy, and was more like an incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly creamy Shower Oil rather than a thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Bath & Shower Creme.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly creamy Shower Oil into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Shower Cream that spread really easily across my Body. I also really liked that whenever I used it as a Bubble Bath, that it created mounds of incredibly silky soft dark Brown Bubbles that made it look like I was bathing in a Sea of Melted Chocolate.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, soothed, refreshed, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious deep and chocolatey yet ever so slightly caramely Milk Chocolate for hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Plastic Bottle with a Push Down Lid and a Ribbon Bow tied around it that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate The Yorkshire Soap Company Chocolate Bunny Rabbit Soap an nine out of ten, and The Yorkshire Soap Company Melted Chocolate Easter Egg Bath & Shower Creme a nine point five out of ten. I really liked The Yorkshire Soap Company Chocolate Bunny Rabbit Soap, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and chocolatey yet ever so slightly caramely Milk Chocolate scent, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it was part of their main range. I really liked The Yorkshire Soap Company Melted Chocolate Easter Egg Bath & Shower Creme, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and chocolatey yet ever so slightly caramely Milk Chocolate scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it was available in some other scents, like Apple Blossom, Cherry Bakewell, Invigorate, or maybe even Night Night Sweetheart.
