Whenever i’m looking for a Gift for anyone, whether it’s for Christmas, Easter, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, or just because I want to treat someone, one of my first ports of call definitely has to be The Yorkshire Soap Company, as I think that they always have something that pretty much everyone would like. That’s why when I saw that they had released a Mother’s Day 2026 range whilst I was out Shopping a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pop in and check everything out. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up a Jar of the Fresh Sheets & Kisses Soap & Sugar Soufflé, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sugar, Glycerine, Water, Sorbitol, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate, Sodium Chloride, Fragrance, Phenoxyethanol, Tetrasodium EDTA, Benzyl Salicylate, Tetramethyl Acetyloctahydronaphthalenes, Dimethyl Phenethyl Acetate, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, and CI 17200, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and clean yet ever so slightly floral Linen scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you take some freshly-washed Bedsheets out of the Washing Machine.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Soap & Sugar Soufflé, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly gritty, and was more like an incredibly thick and creamy Body Cream with little pieces of Sugar running through it rather than a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly gritty Soap & Sugar Soufflé.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and creamy Body Cream with little pieces of Sugar running through it into a thin and gritty yet ever so slightly creamy Soap & Sugar Whipped Scrub that spread really easily across my Body.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky smooth, squeaky clean, soft, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and clean yet ever so slightly floral Linen for hours after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical Glass Jar with a rubberised screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate The Yorkshire Soap Company Fresh & Clean Kisses Soap & Sugar Soufflé an eight point five out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and clean yet ever so slightly floral Linen scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had been a little bit grittier so that it had given my Skin an even deeper amount of exfoliation.
