One of my favourite things about Summer, apart from it staying lighter for longer, definitely has to be all of the smells from the different fresh and fruity Summer Cocktails that everyone drinks. That’s why when I saw that Arthur J Hawke had released a Tropical Punch Beard Oil that claims to smell just like your favourite Summer Cocktail whilst I was scrolling through their Website a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Apricot Kernel Oil, Hazelnut Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Castor Oil, Argan Oil, Jojoba Oil, and Fragrance, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly synthetic Watermelon scent to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Glass of Watermelon Daiquiri on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Beard Oil, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly watery, and was more like an incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly watery Facial Oil rather than a thick and oily yet ever so slightly balmy Beard Oil.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Beard, it turned from an incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly watery Facial Oil into a thin and oily yet ever so slightly balmy Beard Oil that spread really easily through my Beard.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Beard and the Skin underneath and around it feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it looking a lot shinier, much healthier and smelling of delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly synthetic Watermelon for hours after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical Glass Bottle with a Rubber Pipette Lid and a Childproof Lock that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Arthur J Hawke Tropical Punch Beard Oil a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly synthetic Watermelon scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had contained some Lemon, Orange, or maybe even Pineapple to cut through some of it’s synthetic Watermelon notes.
