Treating Myself To A Few Cocktails In The Bath | Bath Bomb Bliss The Cocktail Collection

During the Summer, as well as enjoying a nice Cocktail, I also like to smell like one too, minus the Alcohol of course. Unfortunately though, most Brands can’t seem to create any kind of Cocktail scent without making me smell like i’ve just accidentally fell over in a Brewery. That’s why when I saw that Bath Bomb Bliss had released a The Cocktail Collection, which includes Lychee Fizz, Margarita, Pina Colada, Pink Paloma, and Orange Crush whilst I was scrolling through Instagram a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to hop on to their Website and check everything out. Well after scrolling through their Website for a good half an hour, I eventually picked up an Orange Crush Exfoliating Jumbo Soap Sponge, and a Bottle of Orange Crush Body Oil, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

Here’s what Bath Bomb Bliss say about both amazing products.

How To Get The Most From Your Soap Sponge.

To maximise the life of your Soap Sponge, allow it to dry between uses and store it in a cool, dry place.

  • Hang up or place it on a Soap Dish after use.
  • Allow excess Water to drain away.
  • Store out of standing Water.
  • Do not leave sitting on the bottom of the Shower.
  • Do not leave floating in the Bath.
  • Keeping your Sponge dry between uses will help it last longer and perform at its best.

Bonus Tip!

Once all the Soap has been used up, don’t throw the Sponge away! Give it a rinse and use it around the Home for cleaning Sinks, Baths, Shower Screens and other Bathroom Surfaces.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Glycerin, Sodium Stearate, Sorbitol, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Chloride, Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate, Titanium Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Lauric Acid, Pentasodium Pentetate, Tetrasodium Etidronate, Fragrance, Linalool, Limonene, CI 45100, CI 16035, CI 19140, and CI 40215, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Orange scent to it that kind of reminded me of being sat outside drinking a massive Glass of Orange Crush on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had held it under some running Water for a couple of seconds and had started to massage it into my Skin, it started to release lots of incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly frothy Shower Gel that spread really easily across my Body. I also really liked that because it had a harder and rougher side as well as a softer side, that I could give my Skin a slight bit of exfoliation whilst I was massaging it into my Skin.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, refreshed, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Orange for hours after i had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came wrapped in a really thin and secure piece of Plastic that kept the Sponge really fresh until I was ready to use it.

A short cylindrical clear plastic bottle full of some shimmering bright orange liquid with a black plastic nozzle lid and a bright white label that has Orange Crush written in bright orange writing and Bath Bomb Bliss Body Oil written in bold black writing on it, on a light wooden worktop.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Safflower Seed Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Tocopherol, Fragrance, Mica, Limonene, Linalool, CI 77891, and CI 77491, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Orange scent to it that kind of reminded me of being sat outside drinking a massive Glass of Orange Crush on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Body Oil, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly gelatinous, and was more like an incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly gelatinous Gel Cleanser rather than a thick and oily yet ever so slightly runny Body Oil.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly gelatinous Gel Cleanser into a thin and oily yet ever so slightly watery Body Oil that sank into my Skin within a matter of seconds.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, soothed, plump, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant, much healthier and smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Orange for hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical Plastic Bottle with a Nozzle Applicator that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Bath Bomb Bliss Orange Crush Exfoliating Jumbo Soap Sponge a nine out of ten, and the Bath Bomb Bliss Orange Crush Body oil an eight point five out of ten. I really liked the Bath Bomb Bliss Orange Crush Exfoliating Jumbo Soap Sponge, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Orange scent, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Orange scent was also available in some other products, like a Body Scrub, a Body Mist, or maybe even a Whipped Soap. I really liked the Bath Bomb Bliss Orange Crush Body Oil, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Orange scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it was available without the Glitter, as even though it didn’t leave me looking like a Disco Ball, i’m not really a massive fan of having Glitter in my Body Care Products.
