That’s why when I had heard that they had released a Resilient Bath Bomb with 75% of Profits minus Tax going to Defend Our Juries, to support their work defending our right to Protest and have a fair Trial, I obviously had to pop down to my local Lush store and pick it up. Well I finally used it the other Night, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

This limited edition Bath Bomb is highlighting the constitutional crisis taking place in our Courts.
In the UK more and more Peaceful Protestors are being arrested, given unfair Trials and Prison Sentences of up to 5 years. Judges are banning Activists from disclosing the reasons behind their actions to the Jury. In the UK, some people have even been sent to Prison simply for explaining their actions in Court!
When Juries can hear the whole truth as to why people have taken action in instances of standing up for Human Rights, Animals or the Environment, they have often returned ‘not guilty’ verdicts. Juries provide a vital common sense safety check to make sure the law is working for all of us (not just the powerful few!) and they recognise sometimes it is justifiable to break the law to prevent greater crimes.

It’s scent.
I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Coarse Sea Salt, Sodium Coco-Sulfate, Fragrance, Grapefruit Oil, Lemon Oil, Vanilla Extract, Water, Propylene Glycol, Limonene, Linalool, Colour 45410:2, Colour 45410, Colour 42090, and Colour 42090:2, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly oceanic Grapefruit and Sea Salt scent to it that kind of reminded me of eating a massive Slice of Grapefruit Cheesecake at the Beach on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright Turquoise all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of gorgeous dark Blue and Purple all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the beautiful bright Turquoise to turn my entire Bath a stunning Violet colour.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved its results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly oceanic Grapefruit and Sea Salt for hours after I had used it.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Lush Resilient Bath Bomb an eight out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly oceanic Grapefruit and Sea Salt scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but given that it was supposed to be part of their Slammer scent, it would have been nice if it had actually smelt of the delicious deep and zesty yet ever so slightly sour Lime scent that we all know and love.
