I’ve never been the biggest fan of floral scents, especially the ones from Lush as they tend to either smell incredibly sweet and sickly like their Black Rose Bath Bomb, or incredibly deep and sultry like their Goddess Bath Bomb. However, last year when I tried their Kinky Boots Bubble Bar from their Christmas 2020 range, I instantly fell in love with it’s delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly musky scent. That’s why when I had heard that they had released a Sex Bomb Bath Bomb, a Sex Bomb Shower Gel, and a Sex Bomb Body Spray that all claim to share the same delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly musky scent, I obviously had to hop on to their Website and pick them all up. Well i’ve been using them for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.
Here’s what Lush say about all three delicious smelling products.
The Sex Bomb Bath Bomb.
When you’ve got that feeling, tired, stressed out and anxious, you need some sensual healing. The fragrant blend of Jasmine, Ylang Ylang and Clary Sage will soon have you relaxed and feeling in the mood. Jasmine is an ancient aphrodisiac, used as a sensual Perfume in India for centuries and in Aromatherapy to ease stress and anxiety. Clary Sage clears the Mind, while Ylang Ylang is renowned for soothing worries.
The Sex Bomb Shower Gel.
It’s time to unleash your inner Bombshell! Seductive Jasmine, Clary Sage and Ylang Ylang ensnare the mood, a trio of enticing Vixens that make you feel truly ready to take anything in your stride!
The Sex Bomb Body Spray.
When you get that feeling, reach for Clary Sage healing with this tantalising fusion of rousing florals.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Fragrance, Soybean Flower, Jasmine Absolute, Clary Sage Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil, Water, Titanium Dioxide, Synthetic Musk, Propylene Glycol, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Colour 17200, Colour 42090, Colour 14700, Colour 45410, and Rice Paper Flower, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly musky Jasmine scent to it that kind of reminded me of being sat by a massive Jasmine Plant on a boiling hot Summer’s Day..
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful White Foam all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of beautiful vibrant Pink and Purple all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the White Foam to turn my entire Bath a stunning Peachy Pink colour. I also really liked that as it fizzed, that it released little Petal shaped pieces of Rice Paper all over the surface of the Water that made it look like I was bathing in a massive Glass of some kind of magical Potion.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly musky Jasmine for hours after I had used it.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Jasmin Rose and Ginseng Infusion, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glycerine, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Fragrance, Lauryl Betaine, Jasmine Absolute, Clary Sage Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil, Fresh Passionfruit Juice, Carrageenan Extract, Water, Titanium Dioxide, Synthetic Musk, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Limonene, Linalool, Colour 45410, and Colour 17200, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly musky Jasmine scent to it that kind of reminded me of being sat by a massive Jasmine Plant on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Shower Gel, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy, and was more like an incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Shower Cream rather than a thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Shower Gel.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Shower Cream into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly frothy Shower Gel that spread really easily across my Body.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly musky Jasmine for hours after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Plastic Bottle with a clickable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained DRF Alcohol, Water, Fragrance, Glycerine, Jasmine Absolute, Clary Sage Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Benzoate, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Geraniol, Limonene, and Linalool, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly musky Jasmine scent to it that kind of reminded me of being sat by a massive Jasmine Plant on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.
It’s longevity.
I really liked how long this lasted on my Skin, as I sprayed a little bit of it on to my Wrists, Neck and Clothes when I was getting ready at about eight o’clock in the morning, and I could still faintly smell it on my Skin and Clothes when I sat down to have my Dinner at about six o’clock in the evening.
It’s packaging.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s packaging, as even though this came in a tall Black Plastic Kitchen Spray Bottle that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves, they’ve unfortunately recently changed the Spray Mechanism of their Body Spray Bottles so that once you’ve sprayed it it locks and you have to wait a couple of seconds before you can spray it again.,
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Lush Sex Bomb Bath Bomb an eight point five out of ten, the Lush Sex Bomb Shower Gel a nine out of ten, and the Lush Sex Bomb Body Spray a nine out of ten. I really liked the Lush Sex Bomb Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly musky Jasmine scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had contained some actual Flower Petals instead of some Petal shaped pieces of Rice Paper. I really liked the Lush Sex Bomb Shower Gel, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly musky Jasmine scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had smelt even stronger and that it was also part of their main range. I really liked the Lush Sex Bomb Body Spray, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly musky scent, and it’s longevity, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very annoying to use packaging.
