The Essence Of A Great Smelling Room | Dayas Essence Wax Melts | Gifted

I absolutely love having a great smelling Room, whether that’s by using a Candle or by using some kind of a Wax Melt. That’s why when the guys over at Dayas Essence very kindly asked me if I would like to try some of their delicious smelling Wax Melts that claims to contain a blend of 30% Fragrance Oil and premium Wax rather than the industry standard of 10%, I of course said yes. Well i’ve been burning them for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

Here’s what Dayas Essence say about all six delicious smelling Wax Melts.

The Dayas Essence Caribbean Breeze Wax Melt.

A floral and fruity blend of sweet Apple, succulent Peach, juicy Strawberry, ripe Apricot and luscious Pineapple are intertwined with Jasmine and Gardenia.  Bottom notes of Honey, Caramel and Woody Notes complete this amazing Scent.

The Dayas Essence Dragon’s Blood Wax Melt.

A truly stunning and mystical sensuous floral scent that’s also super sweet and soft, slightly Amber-like but more natural and less sticky and sweet-smelling than common Amber.
It is extremely rich and does an excellent job at setting a calming mood to a space.
Delectable fruity top notes of Mandarin, Red Apple and Berry hints combine with classy Freesia and Ylang Ylang that rests upon a base of exotic Patchouli, sumptuous Amber, Sandalwood and Incense. Beautiful!

The Dayas Essence Honeysuckle & Jasmine Wax Melt.

This stunning fragrance combines summer and winter with essences of exotic woody aromas to create a luscious blend of subtle citrus. Mandarin and Lemon are enhanced with succulent Winter Berries. The smell of frosted Honeysuckle, Jasmine and Elderflower bring the fragrance into full bloom while the exotic scent of Sandalwood, Amber, Vanilla and a gentle Musk round off what can only be described as a luxurious yet sensual Wax Melt.

The Dayas Essence Old Flower Shop Wax Melt.

This amazing stunning scent is just like walking into a Flower Shoppe.  You can smell the aroma of all of the Flowers, Green Stems, and Water Droplets on the Flower Petals filling the Air.

Top Notes.

Lime, Hyacinth and  Green Leaves.

Heart notes.

Rose, Cyclamen and Carnation.

Base notes.

Gardenia and Trailing Ivy.

The Dayas Essence Primwhite Wax Melt.

It’s 1953, and you are coiled up on a Wicker Loveseat on your front wrap around Porch. The heady breeze of the rural Landscape takes hold and you are mesmerised with the beauty of your fresh White Pumpkins on display. Freshly Fallen Leaves float down as your Cinnamon Vanilla Tea calms your very Soul. This, my friends, is Primitive Country Autumn in a Wax Melt. Back when life was so simple.

The Dayas Essence Sour Patch Wax Melt.

Sour. Sweet. Gone. Sour Patch Kids are soft and chewy, sweet and sour, and all-around delicious. This scent will make your Mouth pucker! Top notes of Lemon, Lime and Orange, heart notes of Blue Raspberry and Cherry Juice with a sweet Vanilla finish.

A collection of six bright green cylindrical blocks of wax inside some small cylindrical Plastic Tubs that all have white labels that has Dayas Essence written in bright gold writing on them, on a white background.

It’s scent.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Strawberry, Gardenia, and Caramel, I thought that it had a very overwhelming sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly floral Strawberry scent to it that kind of reminded me of a very cheap Strawberry Car Air Freshener. I could definitely smell the Peach, Strawberry, Apricot, Jasmine, Gardenia, Honey, and Caramel, as I thought that they were all what gave it it’s very overwhelming sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly floral Strawberry scent, but I couldn’t really smell any of the Apple, Pineapple, or Woody Notes, as I thought that all of the other scents kind of overpowered them a little.

It’s scent throw.

I really liked it’s scent throw, as this managed to fill my Room, the entire top floor of my House and even some of the downstairs with it’s very overwhelming sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly floral Strawberry scent that lasted for hours even after I had stopped burning it.

It’s burn time.

It said that you were supposed to get up to 30 hours of burn time out of this, but as I used an Electric Wax Melt Warmer, I easily got at least 35 hours of very overwhelming sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly floral Strawberry scent out of it.

The Dayas Essence Dragon’s Blood Wax Melt.

It’s scent.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Red Apple, Ylang Ylang, and Patchouli, I thought that it had a very strange deep and resinous yet ever so slightly fruity Amber scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had accidentally spilt an entire Bottle of Amber Perfume on to a pile of Dead Leaves and then had set it on Fire. I could definitely smell the Red Apple, Berry, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, Amber, Sandalwood, and Incense, as I thought that they were all what gave it it’s very strange deep and resinous yet ever so slightly fruity Amber scent, but I couldn’t really smell any of the Mandarin or Freesia, as I thought that all of the other scents kind of overpowered them a little.

The Dayas Essence Honeysuckle & Jasmine Wax Melt.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Mandarin, Elderflower, and Amber, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly oceanic Honeysuckle and Jasmine scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you unwrap a Bouquet of Honeysuckle and Jasmine that you’ve picked up from the Flowers Department of a Supermarket. I could definitely smell the Winter Berries, Frosted Honeysuckle, Jasmine, Elderflower, Sandalwood, and Amber, as I thought that they were all what gave it it’s delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly oceanic Honeysuckle and Jasmine scent, but I couldn’t really smell any of the Mandarin, Lemon, Vanilla, or Musk, as I thought that all of the other scents kind of overpowered them a little.

The Dayas Essence Primwhite Wax Melt.

It’s scent.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Fresh White Pumpkin, Fallen Leaves, and Vanilla, I thought that it had a delicious deep and smokey yet ever so slightly spicy Cinnamon scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a massive Jar of Cinnamon. I could definitely smell the Fresh White Pumpkin, Fallen Leaves, Cinnamon, and Tea, as I thought that they were all what gave it it’s delicious deep and smokey yet ever so slightly spicy Cinnamon scent, but I couldn’t really smell any of the Vanilla, as I thought that all of the other scents kind of overpowered it a little.
