Whenever the Weather starts to change, I always try to use some kind of Enzymatic Face Mask or Facial Peel at least once or twice a week to stop my Skin from becoming dry, dull and dehydrated. That’s why when I saw that Latest In Beauty had released a CEW Beauty Awards 2024 Box that contained a Tube of the Ella and Jo The Glow Up Enzyme Mask that claims to leave you with silky soft, smooth and brighter-looking Skin whilst I was scrolling through their Website a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

How to use.

Step 3. Apply a Coin sized amount of The Glow Up Enzyme Mask to your Face, Neck & Chest, leave for five to twenty minutes
Step 4. Remove with a damp Microfibre Mitt
Repeat one to two times a week.
It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Glycerin, Pumpkin Fruit Ferment Filtrate, Pomegranate Fruit Ferment Extract, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Cetearyl Alcohol, PEG-20 Stearate, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Hyaluronic Acid, Ascorbic Acid, Pineapple Fruit Extract, Papaya Fruit Extract, Mango Fruit Extract, Radish Root Ferment Filtrate, Mandarin Peel Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Tocopherol, Carbomer, Caprylyl Glycol, Disodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Hydroxide, Limonene, and Linalool, I thought that it had a delicious deep and zesty yet ever so slightly fruity Orange and Pomegranate scent to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Mug of Orange & Pomegranate Tea on a freezing cold Winter’s Day.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called an Enzyme Face Mask, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily, and was more like an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Night Cream rather than a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous Enzyme Face Mask.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Night Cream into a thick and oily yet ever so slightly gelatinous Gel Face Mask that set within a matter of seconds.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, refreshed, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant, clear, brighter and a little bit younger for at least an entire 24 hours after I had used it. I also really liked that it didn’t manage to irritate the Patches of Eczema that I get underneath my Eyes.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall conical Plastic Tube with a clickable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Ella and Jo The Glow Up Enzyme Mask a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and zesty yet ever so slightly fruity Orange and Pomegranate scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just can’t justify spending £34 on an Enzymatic Face Mask, as I think that there are a lot of other Enzymatic Face Masks currently on the market that do a similar job for a lot less Money.
