One of the things that I really hate about Lush definitely has to be that they’re always discontinuing some of my favourite products, as even though it means that they’re making way for new and interesting products, it also usually means that i’ll probably never see them again. That’s why when the guys over at Lush very kindly asked me if I would like to try some of their Fan Favourites range that contains four previously discontinued returning products, I of course said yes. Well i’ve been using them for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

Here’s what Lush say about all four amazing products.

The Godiva Shampoo & Conditioner Bar.

Cleanses, conditions, and softens.
Give the gift of conditioned, cleansed Hair at Lunar New Year, with this Jasmine-scented Golden Coin, full of shine enhancing Camellia Oil.

How to use.

Work this sultry, floral Shampoo and Conditioning Bar between your Hands or directly on to Wet Hair to create a floral-scented lather. Massage through your Hair and Scalp before rinsing and running your Fingers through Hair full of moisture and softness.

How to store.

Leave on the side in a cool dry place, ideally one of our Cork Pots, ready for when you need it.

The Grass Shower Gel.

Gorgeously Green and uplifting.
Full of lusciously Green Wheatgrass Juice and uplifting Bergamot Oil, Grass leaves Skin and Senses feeling as fresh as a warm, Summer’s Day.

How to use.

Squeeze into your Palm and lather up before smoothing gorgeously-Green Suds all over your Body, then rinse and revel in refreshment.

The Karma Cream Body Lotion.

Grounding Orange, Patchouli and Fur Needle for soft Skin.
Take a trip with the transportive scent of our iconic Karma Fragrance, inspired by Summer Days and the Hippy Vibes of the 1960s. Nourish your Skin with hydrating Almond Oil and Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, while our signature scent of Brazilian Orange and Patchouli Oils melt in and last all day.

How to use.

A little Karma goes a long way. Massage into Skin, and inhale the feel-good fragrance.

The King of Skin Body Butter.

Hydrating and softening Oat Milk and Banana.
A Solid Body Butter with no Bottle or Pot, leading your Skin to royal richness and stately softness. Hydrating Oat Milk and nutrient rich Banana work hand-in-hand with smooth Avocado and Cocoa and Shea Butters. A delicate, calming concoction of Tangerine, Lavender, Sandalwood and Rose make for a subtle, soothing scent.

How to use.

Rub this softening Crown over Wet Skin, before massaging the Butters all over your Body from the Neck down. Rinse off for nourished and deeply moisturised Skin.

How to store.

Keep cool and dry, leave on its Throne ready for next time.

The Lush Godiva Shampoo & Conditioner Bar.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Coco Sulfate, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Cetearyl Alcohol & Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Glyceryl Stearate & PEG-100 Stearate, Propylene Glycol, Fragrance, Hibiscus Flowers Extracted In Extra Virgin Coconut Oil,Stearic Acid, Fair Trade Shea Butter, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cypress Oil, Jasmine Absolute, Palmarosa Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil, Camellia Oil, Gardenia Extract, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Organic Jojoba Oil, Organic Macadamia Nut Oil, Cupuaçu Butter, Dried Jasmine Flowers, Behentrimonium Chloride, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Benzoate, Geraniol, Limonene, and Linalool, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly fizzy Jasmine and Camellia scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had poured an entire Glass of Cola over a massive Bouquet of Jasmine and Camellia Flowers.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had submerged it in a little bit of Water and had started to massage it into my Hair, it created an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily lather that spread really easily through my Hair.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Hair feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it looking extremely volumised, really shiny, much healthier and smelling of delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly fizzy Jasmine and Camellia for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Grass Shower Gel.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glycerine, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Water, Fresh Wheatgrass Juice, Lauryl Betaine, Chlorophyllin Water, Fragrance, Sandalwood Oil, Bergamot Oil, Neroli Oil, Fine Sea Salt, Coumarin, Benzyl Benzoate, Limonene, Linalool, and Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and grassy yet ever so slightly zesty cut Grass scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a Window after someone has just finished mowing the Lawn on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Shower Gel, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous, and was more like an incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous Cleansing Gel rather than a thin and watery yet ever so slightly gelatinous Shower Gel.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous Cleansing Gel into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly frothy Shower Gel that spread really easily across my Body.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and grassy yet ever so slightly zesty cut Grass for hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Plastic Bottle with a clickable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

The Lush  Karma Cream Body lotion.

Its scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Orange Flower Water, Almond Oil, Glycerine, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Stearic Acid, Triethanolamine, Patchouli Oil, Brazilian Orange Oil, Lavender Oil, Siberian Fur Needle Oil, Lemongrass Oil, Elemi Oil, Tincture Of Benzoin, Cetearyl Alcohol, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Cinnamate, Cinnamal, Citral, Coumarin, Geraniol, Farnesol, Hydroxycitronellol, Citronellol, Limonene, Linalool, Fragrance, Methylparaben, and Propylparaben, I thought that it had a delicious deep and zesty yet ever so slightly grassy Patchouli and Orange scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had poured an entire Bottle of Patchouli Oil over a Terry’s Chocolate Orange. ,

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Body Lotion, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and gelatinous yet ever so slightly creamy, and was more like an incredibly thin and gelatinous yet ever so slightly creamy Gel Cream Moisturiser rather than a thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Body Lotion.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thin and gelatinous yet ever so slightly creamy Gel Cream Moisturiser into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Body Lotion that sank into my Skin within a matter of seconds.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious deep and zesty yet ever so slightly grassy Patchouli and Orange for hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Black Plastic Tub with a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

The Lush King of Skin Body Butter.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Fair Trade Shea Butter, Fresh Organic Fair Trade Bananas, Oat Milk, Fresh Avocado, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Fragrance, Organic Jojoba Oil, Almond Oil, Benzyl Alcohol, Tangerine Oil, Lavender Oil, Sandalwood Oil, Rose Absolute, Olibanum Resinoid, Limonene, and Linalool, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and zesty yet ever so slightly floral Tangerine and Rose scent to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Glass of freshly squeezed Tangerine Juice whilst walking through a Rose Garden on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.,

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it ever so slowly started to melt and released lots of incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Body Butter that spread really easily across my Body.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved its results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and zesty yet ever so slightly floral Tangerine and Rose for hours after I had used it.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Lush Godiva Shampoo & Conditioner Bar a nine out of ten, the Lush Grass Shower Gel an eight point five out of ten, the Lush Karma Cream Body Lotion an eight point five out of ten, and the Lush King Of Skin Body Butter a nine out of ten. I really liked the Lush Godiva Shampoo & Conditioner Bar, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly fizzy Jasmine and Camellia scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had created a little bit more of a lather when I had used it. I really liked the Lush Grass Shower Gel, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and grassy yet ever so slightly zesty cut Grass scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it hadn’t smelt so much of Wheatgrass Juice. I really liked the Lush Karma Cream Body lotion, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and zesty yet ever so slightly grassy Patchouli and Orange scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Orange. I really liked the Lush King Of Skin Body Butter, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and zesty yet ever so slightly floral Tangerine and Rose scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Rose. I also thought that it would have been better if it had been called a Body Conditioner rather than a Body Butter, especially seeing as how you’re supposed to use it in the Shower and not on dry Skin.
