One of my favourite Lush ranges, especially conceptually, definitely has to be their Halloween range, as I love how inventive with all of the different cool, quirky and usually spooky themed products that they are. That’s why when I had heard that they had released a Halloween 2025 range, I obviously had to pop down to my local Lush store and check everything out. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up a Mad Scientist Bath Bomb, a Witch Monster Mash Head Bath Bomb, a Bottle of Pumpkin Spice Latte Shower Gel, a Tub of Alien Egg Farm Shower Jelly, and a Tub of Gloop Shower Slime, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

Here’s what Lush say about all five delicious smelling products.

The Lush Mad Scientist Bath Bomb.

It’s a eureka moment!
A sprinkling of innovation, a wisp of new age thinking and a bubbling dose of zesty Grapefruit and Tangerine Oil. Insert Wild Cackle for full effect. It’s Autumn, in a Bottle.
You’re a Barista’s worst nightmare, but we’re sure this decadent, moreish offering will keep even you satisfied. Swirls of indulgent Coffee and Vanilla Absolute meet aromatic Clove and Cinnamon in the gourd-damn serve of the Season.

• Coffee Snobs Connoisseurs needn’t worry, the sweet and spicy is balanced with Roasted Cocoa Extract and Coffee Absolute to capture the true, complex aromas of this not-so-basic Autumnal Order.

We are not alone.
Will they come alive in the Fridge? Can they actually multiply? This might sound like Playground Gossip but it’s up to you to find out … Straight from Area 51, this zesty Halloween Shower Jelly, full of sweet Lychee Juice and Lime Peel Infusion, makes Skin feel mysteriously soft and soothed.

What’s in it for you?

• How on Earth (or Space) do we create such a Jelly-like texture? Is it from another World? Nope. That’ll be Carrageenan, the dried, powdered Mucilage of Irish Moss that hydrates the Skin.

A slippery softening Slime with bright fresh Tangerine and Grapefruit Juices for luxuriously luminous Skin.

• Washing has gone non-Newtonian. Providing the signature slippery texture, Cornstarch also very gently buffs the Skin, leaving you feeling silky smooth.
• Look what we cooked up in the Lab. Enzyme-rich, Fresh Tangerine and Grapefruit Juices leave Skin feeling refreshed and glowing.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Rice Starch, Popping Candy, Titanium Dioxide, Tangerine Oil, Grapefruit Oil, Litsea Cubeba Oil, Water, Cornstarch, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Dipropylene Glycol, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Propylene Glycol, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Tin Oxide, Citral, Limonene, Linalool, Fragrance, Colour 42090:2, Colour 45410:2, Colour 45410, Colour 45410:1, Colour 15850:1, Colour 47005:1, Colour 42090, Colour 42053, Colour 59040, Colour 77491, and Colour 17200, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sweet Tangerine scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had dropped a partially chewed Orange Starburst into a massive Glass of Tangerine Juice.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright White Foam all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of gorgeous bright Blue,Pink, Purple and Turquoise all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the beautiful bright White Foam to turn my entire Bath a stunning shimmering Pastel Lilac colour. I also really liked that once it had finally finished fizzing and hissing, that it released little pieces of Popping Candy all over the surface of the Water that made it sound like a Mad Scientist was actually cackling in my Bath.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sweet Tangerine for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Witch Monster Mash Head Bath Bomb.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Cornstarch, Epsom Salts, Fragrance, Vanilla Absolute, Water, Titanium Dioxide, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Colour 45410:2, Colour 45410:1, Colour 17200, and Colour 45410, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly fruity Bubblegum scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you unwrap a piece of Hubba Bubba Bubblegum.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once It hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright Pink all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of gorgeous dark Pink all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the beautiful bright Pink to turn my entire Bath a stunning shimmering Hot Pink colour. I also really liked that once it had finally finished fizzing and hissing, that it released little pieces of Epsom Salt all over the surface of the Water that eventually dissolved and left behind some incredibly silky soft feeling Water.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly fruity Bubblegum for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Pumpkin Spice Latte Shower Gel.

It’s scent.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Glycerine, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Water, Cinnamon Stick and Clove Infusion, Calcium Lactate, Fine Sea Salt, Lauryl Betaine, Lactic Acid, Roasted Cocoa Extract, Clove Bud Oil, Cinnamon Leaf Oil, Vanilla Absolute, Coffee Absolute, Titanium Dioxide, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Silica, Benzyl Benzoate, Cinnamal, Cinnamyl Alcohol, Eugenol, Limonene, Fragrance, Colour 15510, and Colour 77491, I thought that it had a delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly zesty Pumpkin Spice Latte scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had poured an entire Sachet of Instant Pumpkin Spice Latte Coffee Powder over a massive Bowl of Pumpkin Purée.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Shower Gel, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly oily, and was more like an incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly oily Facial Serum rather than a thin and watery yet ever so slightly gelatinous Shower Gel.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly oily Facial Serum into a thin and gelatinous yet ever so slightly frothy Shower Gel that spread really easily across my Body.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean ,silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly zesty Pumpkin Spice Latte for hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical clear Plastic Bottle with a clickable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

The Lush Alien Egg Farm Shower Jelly.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Glycerine, Fresh Lime Peel Infusion, Water, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Carrageenan Extract, Fragrance, Bergamot Oil, Lemongrass Oil, Lime Oil, Neroli Oil, Olibanum Resinoid, Lychee Juice, Titanium Dioxide, Cornstarch, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Benzyl Salicylate, Citral, Hydroxycitronellal, Limonene, Linalool, Colour 77499, Colour 45350, and Colour 42090, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fruity Lemon, Lime and Lychee scent to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Glass of Lemon & Limeade that’s been garnished with a Slice of Lychee on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Shower Jelly, I thought that it felt very tough and rubbery yet ever so slightly squishy, and was more like a very tough and rubbery yet ever so slightly squishy Ball of Rubber rather than a squishy and slimy yet ever so slightly watery Shower Jelly. I also really liked that it’s little Alien Shower Gummy felt incredibly tough and hard yet ever so slightly squishy, and was more like an incredibly tough and hard yet ever so slightly squishy Fruit Gum rather than a soft and squishy yet ever so slightly rubbery Shower Gummy.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage it into my Skin, it started to release lots of thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly creamy Shower Gel that spread really easily across my Body.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fruity Lemon, Lime and Lychee for hours after I had used it.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Clear Plastic Tub with a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

The Lush Gloop Shower Slime.

It’s scent.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Glycerine, Water, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cornstarch, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Bicarbonate, Xanthan Gum, Fragrance, Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose, Lime Oil, Rose Oil, Ho Wood Oil, Fresh Grapefruit Juice, Fresh Tangerine Juice, Sodium Carboxymethyl Starch, Citronellol, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool, and Colour 59040, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly floral Lime and Rose scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had poured an entire Cup of freshly squeezed Lime Juice over a massive Pile of Rose Petals.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Shower Slime, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and gloopy yet ever so slightly balmy, and was more like an incredibly thick and gloopy yet ever so slightly balmy Styling Putty rather than a thick and gloopy yet ever so slightly creamy Shower Slime.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and gloopy yet ever so slightly balmy Styling Putty into an incredibly thick and gloopy yet ever so slightly creamy Shower Slime that spread really easily across my Body.

It’s results.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s results, as even though this left my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, plump and bouncy as well as smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly floral Lime and Rose for hours after I had used it, it unfortunately left my Skin feeling very dry and dehydrated.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical clear Plastic Tub with a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Lush Mad Scientist Bath Bomb a nine out of ten, the Lush Witch Monster Mash Head Bath Bomb an eight point five out of ten, the Lush Pumpkin Spice Latte Shower Gel an eight point five out of ten, the Lush Alien Egg Farm Shower Jelly a nine out of ten, and the Lush Gloop Shower Slime a seven point five out of ten. I really liked the Lush Mad Scientist Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sweet Tangerine scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Tangerine. I really liked the Lush Witch Monster Mash Head Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly fruity Bubblegum scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had been a lot bigger. I also really liked the fact that you could mix and match the Heads and the Bodies from the range to create your perfect Bath Time Routine. I really liked the Lush Pumpkin Spice Latte Shower Gel, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly zesty Pumpkin Spice Latte scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Coffee and Vanilla. I really liked the Lush Alien Egg Farm Shower Jelly, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fruity Lemon, Lime and Lychee scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it’s little Alien Shower Gummy was available to buy separately. I really liked the Lush Gloop Shower Slime, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly floral Lime and Rose scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it hadn’t left my Skin feeling so dry and dehydrated.
