Even though i’m not really a massive fan of Floral scents I do look forward to Mother’s Day, especially when it comes to Beauty Brands, as I absolutely love seeing all of the cool, quirky, and usually Flower themed products that they release. That’s why when I had heard that Lush had released a Mother’s Day 2024 range, I obviously had to pop down to my local Lush store and check everything out. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up a Blooming Beautiful Orange Blossom Bath Bomb, a One Long Soak Bath Bomb, a Bottle of Snuggles Shower Gel, and a Tub of Wild Violet Co-Mingle Body Scrub, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

Here’s what Lush say about all four delicious smelling products.

The Blooming Beautiful Orange Blossom Bath Bomb.

Cheerfully sweet and uplifting Orange.
Mums are blooming beautiful and deserve a Bouquet of Bath Time Treats, so pick your Posey from a Bunch of three Bath Bombs. It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Cornstarch, Fragrance, Sweet Wild Orange Oil, Lime Oil, Orange Flower Absolute, Titanium Dioxide, Water, Propylene Glycol, Dipropylene Glycol, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Citral, Citronellol, Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool, Colour 14700, Colour 45410:1, and Colour 47005:1, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Orange scent to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Glass of Bucks Fizz on Christmas Morning.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright Pink and bright White Foam all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of gorgeous bright Yellow all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the beautiful bright Pink and bright White Foam to turn my entire Bath a stunning Pastel Coral colour.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Orange for hours after I had used it.

The Lush One Long Soap Bath Bomb.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Cornstarch, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Fragrance, Lemon Myrtle Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil, Grapefruit Oil, Gardenia Extract, Water, Titanium Dioxide, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Propylene Glycol, Tin Oxide, Alpha-Isonethyl Ionone, Citral, Geraniol, Hydroxycitronellol, Limonene, Linalool, Colour 42090, Colour 19140:1, Colour 40075, Colour 45410:2, Colour 45410:1, Colour 19140, Colour 77491, Colour 15850:1, Colour 17200, and Colour 45410, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly floral Lemon Myrtle sent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you zest a freshly picked Lemon.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright Blue, Pink and Yellow all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of gorgeous Green, Red and Purple all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the beautiful bright Blue, Pink and Yellow to turn my entire Bath a stunning shimmering Emerald Green colour.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly floral Lemon Myrtle for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Snuggles Shower Gel.

It’s scent.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Glycerine, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Water, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Calcium Lactate Glutamate, Fine Sea Salt, Lauryl Betaine, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Fragrance, Lactic Acid, Titanium Dioxide, Ghanaian Ylang Ylang Oil, and Synthetic Musk, I thought that it had a delicious deep and chocolatey yet ever so slightly floral Cocoa Butter scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you melt a massive Block of Cocoa Butter.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Shower Gel, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous, and was more like an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous Shower Cream rather than a thin and gelatinous yet ever so slightly watery Shower Gel.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous Shower Cream into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly frothy Body Wash that spread really easily across my Body.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious deep and chocolatey yet ever so slightly floral Cocoa Butter for hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Plastic Bottle with a clickable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

The Lush Wild Violet Co-Mingle Body Scrub.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Glycerine, Sweet Violet Leaf Infusion, Tagua Nut Powder, Spring Water, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Almond Oil, Propylene Glycol, Brazil Nut Oil, Ground White Rice, Ylang Ylang Flower Infusion, Fair Trade Shea Butter, Stearic Acid, Argan Oil, Cupuaçu Butter, Rosewood Oil, Violet Leaf Absolute, Ylang Ylang Oil, Jasmine Absolute, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Carrageenan Extract, Titanium Dioxide, Triethanolamine, Cetearyl Alcohol, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Benzyl Benzoate, Citronellol, Geramiol, Limonene, Linalool, Fragrance, and Colour 77007, I thought that it had a delicious deep and floral yet ever so slightly woody Violet scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you walk down a Road lined with Violet Flowers on a balmy Spring Afternoon.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Body Scrub, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and balmy yet ever so slightly gritty, and was more like an incredibly thick and balmy Body Yoghurt with little pieces of Tagua Nut Powder running through it rather than a thick and gritty yet ever so slightly gelatinous Body Scrub.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and balmy Body Yogurt with little pieces of Tagua Nut Powder running through it into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly gritty Body Scrub that spread really easily across my Body.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky smooth, squeaky clean, silky soft, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious deep and floral yet ever so slightly woody Violet for hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Black Plastic Tub with a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Lush Blooming Beautiful Orange Blossom Bath Bomb an eight point five out of ten, the Lush One Long Soak Bath Bomb a nine out of ten, the Lush Snuggles Shower Gel an eight out of ten, and the Lush Wild Violet Co-Mingle Body Scrub a nine out of ten. I really liked the Lush Blooming Beautiful Orange Blossom Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Orange scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Orange. I really liked the Lush One Long Soak Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly floral Lemon Myrtle scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it was part of their main range. I really liked the Lush Snuggles Shower Gel, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and chocolatey yet ever so slightly floral Cocoa Butter scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more chocolatey. I really liked the Lush Wild Violet Co-Mingle Body Scrub, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and floral yet ever so slightly woody Violet scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it was part of their main range.
