Even though i’m not usually a massive fan of Lush’s Mother’s Day range, as it’s normally very floral heavy, I still look forward to checking everything out and seeing what cool, quirky and usually floral-themed products that they’ve released. That’s why when I had heard that they had released a Mother’s Day 2026 range, I obviously had to pop down to my local Lush store and check everything out. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up a Marigold Tea Bath Bomb, a Bottle of Mother Of Dragons Shower Gel, a Tub of Crème Brûlée Body Scrub, and a Block of Mama-Chino Scrubee Body Scrub, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.
Here’s what Lush say about all four amazing products.
The Lush Marigold Tea Bath Bomb.
Brew a warm Bath.
Take your Tea in the Tub with this uplifting Orange Oil Bath Bomb and Bath Melt blend. As it fizzes away, the Marigold melts, infusing the Water with Cocoa Butter to soften your Skin while you steep.

What’s in it for you?

To ensure the Welfare of the Bees that produce the Orange Blossom Honey used in this Scrub, we work with Beekeepers who use Minimally Invasive Methods for harvesting. The Honey is Organic Certified and produced by a Family Run Business who has been operating for 120 years.
How to use.
In the Bath or Shower, apply to wet Skin and massage thoroughly to activate. Take care around Sensitive Areas, some spots don’t need quite so much enthusiasm!

Our In-House Perfume Alina describes the fragrance as “an indulgent blend of Coffee and Chocolate. Crafted with Roasted Cocoa Extract, earthy Vetivert, and creamy Vanilla, it reveals deep, sweet notes reminiscent of a warm Mocha.”.

After washing, rub onto Wet Skin to scrub and soften, then rinse and pat dry.

It’s scent.
I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Laureth 4, Brazilian Orange Oil, Limonene, Titanium Dioxide, Almond Oil, Dried Marigold Petals, Marigold Powder, Paprika Oleoresin, Sunflower Oil, Dipropylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Silica, Tin Oxide, Citral, Linalool, Fragrance, Colour 47005:1, Colour 14700, Colour 45410:1, Colour 15985:1, and Colour 77491, I thought that it had a very subtile fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly floral Orange scent to it that kind of reminded me of walking past an Orange Tree on a balmy Spring Afternoon.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright Orange and Yellow all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of gorgeous bright Pink all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the beautiful bright Orange and Yellow to turn my entire Bath a stunning shimmering golden Yellow colour. I also really liked that once it had finally finished fizzing and hissing, that it’s little Bath Melt Topper started to ever so slightly melt and release little pieces of Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter and Sunflower Oil all over the surface of the Water that eventually melted and left behind some incredibly silky soft feeling Water.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of very subtile fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly floral Orange for hours after I had used it.

It’s scent.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glycerin, Dragon Fruit Infusion, Water, Fresh Dragon Fruit, Calcium Lactate, Fine Sea Salt, Lauryl Betaine, Fragrance, Lactic Acid, Litsea Cubeba Oil, Styrax Resinoid, Mango Leaf Absolute, Fir Balsam Resinoid, Cornstarch, Titanium Dioxide, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Propylene Glycol, Tin Oxide, Benzyl Alcohol, Citral, Citronellol, Limonene, Colour 45410:2, Colour 45410:1, Colour 17200, Colour 14700, and Colour 73360, I thought that it had a very overwhelming fresh and watery yet ever so slightly grassy Dragon Fruit and Watermelon scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had poured an entire Jug of Watermelon Juice over a massive Pile of Dragon Fruit.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Shower Gel, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly gritty, and was more like an incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly gritty Shower Scrub rather than a thin and gelatinous yet ever so slightly watery Shower Gel.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly gritty Shower Scrub into a thin and creamy Shower Cream with little pieces of Dragon Fruit Seed running through it that spread really easily across my Body.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky smooth, soft, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of very overwhelming fresh and watery yet ever so slightly grassy Dragon Fruit and Watermelon for hours after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Clear Plastic Bottle with a clickable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

It’s scent.
I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Glycerin, Caster Sugar, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Almond Oil, Water, Apricot Kernel Oil, Granulated Sugar, Tonka Seed Extract, Vetivert Oil, Vanilla Extract, Sandalwood Oil, Orange Blossom Honey, Tincture of Benzoin, Benzyl Benzoate, Farnesol, Linalool, Fragrance, and Demerara Sugar, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly woody Crème Brûlée scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you use a Blowtorch to caramelise the top of a Crème Brûlée.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Body Scrub, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and gritty yet ever so slightly watery, and was more like an incredibly thick and gritty yet ever so slightly watery Shower Scrub rather than a thick and creamy yet ever so slightly gritty Body Scrub.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and gritty yet ever so slightly creamy Shower Scrub into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly gritty Body Scrub that spread really easily across my Body.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky smooth, squeaky clean, soft, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly woody Crème Brûlée for hours after I had used it.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Illipe Butter, Shea Butter, Kokum Butter, Coffee Oil, Ground Coffee, Perfume, Organic Agave Syrup, Ground Almonds, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Roasted Cocoa Extract, Coriander Seed Oil, Vetivert Oil, Vanilla Extract, Anise Alcohol, Benzyl Benzoate, Cinnamal, Coumarin, Geraniol, Isoeugenol, Limonene, and Linalool, I thought that it had a delicious deep and nutty yet ever so slightly creamy Coffee scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you brew a Cappuccino.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to rub it against my Skin, it started to ever so slightly melt and release little pieces of incredibly thick and buttery yet ever so slightly gritty Ground Coffee and Ground Almonds all over my Body that combined to give my Skin a very deep but moisturising Scrub.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky smooth, soft, squeaky clean, plump, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious deep and nutty yet ever so slightly creamy Coffee for hours after I had used it.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Lush Marigold Tea Bath Bomb a seven point five out of ten, the Lush Mother Of Dragons Shower Gel a seven out of ten, the Lush Crème Brûlée Body Scrub an eight point five out of ten, and the Lush Mama-Chino Scrubee Body Scrub a nine point five out of ten. I really liked the Lush Marigold Tea Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s very subtile fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly floral Orange scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt a lot more of Orange. I really liked the Lush Mother Of Dragon Shower Gel, as I absolutely loved it’s incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly gritty consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very overwhelming fresh and watery yet ever so slightly grassy Dragon Fruit and Watermelon scent. I really liked the Lush Crème Brûlée Body Scrub, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly woody Crème Brûlée scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had contained a little bit more Castor Sugar to give my Skin an even deeper amount of exfoliation. I really liked the Lush Mama-Chino Scrubee Body Scrub, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and nutty yet ever so slightly creamy Coffee scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it was part of their main range.
