My Skin Loves A Nice Cup Of Green Tea | Neogen Dermalogy Green Tea Moist PHA Gauze Peeling Pads

Even though I always try to include some kind of Chemical Exfoliant in my Skincare Routine, sometimes I just don’t have enough energy to use one, which means that i’m always on the lookout for any kind of pre-soaked Toner Pads that will make cleansing and toning my Skin a little bit easier. That’s why when I saw that Neogen had released a range of pre-soaked Gauze Peeling Pads that claim to leave you with silky soft, soothed and glowing-looking Skin whilst I was scrolling through Instagram a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to hop on to their Website and check everything out. Well after checking everything out, I eventually picked up a Tub of Dermalogy Green Tea Moist PHA Gauze Peeling Pads, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

A short cylindrical gradient bright green and dark green plastic tub with a white plastic lid that has Neogen Dermalogy Green Tea Moist PHA Gauze Peeling Pads written in bright white writing on it, on a white background.

Here’s what Neogen say about their Dermalogy Green Tea Moist PHA Gauze Peeling Pads.

A Gauze Peeling Pad that exfoliates and cleans out impurities while it nourishes the Skin.
Our Peeling Line contains three separate Pads (Green Tea, Lemon and Wine) which all help out the different areas of concern.
The Gauze Peeling Pads have a patented 3-layer pure Cotton Pad that helps roll away any Dead Skin Cells and brings out the customised effects for each Skin condition.
Our Green Tea Moist PHA Gauze Peeling Pads are a patented triple structured pure Cotton Pad. On one side, the soft Gauze Cotton removes Dead Skin Cells and impurities from the Skin, while the other embossed side is soaked with an Essence that moisturises and soothes stressed Skin.

How To use.

Insert your Finger between the Gauze Peeling Pad side and the embossed side.
Use 1 Pad per day.
1. Gently swipe the Pure Cotton Pad across the Skin.
2. Carefully swipe in any areas with Dead Skin Cells.
3. Use the embossed side of the Pad to gently refine the Skin.

Their scent.

I absolutely loved their scent, as even though they contained Water, Green Tea Leaf Water, Dipropylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Green Tea Leaf Extract (100ppm), Gardenia Fruit Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, Hyaluronic Acid, Lizard Tail Extract, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Mugwort Extract, Sodium Hyaluronate, Lactobionic Acid, Glyceryl Caprylate, Gluconolactone, Tea Tree Leaf Extract, Tea Tree Leaf Oil, Japanese Gold Thread Extract, Octyldodeceth-16, Butylene Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Tromethamine, Carbomer, Disodium EDTA, and Limonene, I thought that they had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly grassy Green Tea scent to them that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you brew a massive Mug of Green Tea.

What they did when I used them.

I really liked what these did when i used them, as once I had removed one of them from their Tub and had started to swipe it across my Skin, it released lots of incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Toner all over my Face that sank into my Skin within a matter of seconds. I also really liked that they had a rougher side as well as a softer side, as it meant that I could give my Skin an even deeper amount of exfoliation whilst I was swiping one of them across my Skin.

Their results.

I absolutely loved their results, as not only did these leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky smooth, squeaky clean, soft, soothed, refreshed, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but they also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant, clear and much healthier for hours after I had used one of them.

Their packaging.

I really liked their packaging, as these came in a short cylindrical Plastic Tub with a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Neogen Dermalogy Green Tea Moist PHA Gauze Peeling Pads a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved their delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly grassy Green Tea scent, what they did when I used them, their results, and their packaging, but I just wish that they had contained a much higher level of Poly Hydroxy Acid to give my Skin an even deeper amount of exfoliation.
