One of Lush’s products that always intrigues me definitely has to be their Fun Bars, as I absolutely love that you can use them as either a Bubble Bar, a Shower Gel or a Shampoo. Unfortunately though, apart from a few select Bars they no longer offer a lot of them in their stores. That’s why when I went to Lush Liverpool Spa a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to stop by their Fun Department to check out all of the delicious smelling exclusive Fun Bars that they had on offer. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up the Green Fun and the Orange Fun, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.
Here’s what Lush say about both delicious smelling products.
The Green Fun.
Within this Fun lies a Dinosaur, ready to rise, or an Alien who’ll descend from star-spangled Skies. This cleansing Dough can be used as a Shampoo, Bubble Bar, Soap and most definitely for play. Its tangy Lemon and Lime Oils awaken the senses to leave you feeling cheerful and energised. This is ideal for Children (of all ages), so what in the world will you make?
The Orange Fun.
Orange is the new everything. Free your imagination and make some Shapes with bright, cheerful Grapefruit and Sicilian Lemon fun. You can Soap, Shampoo or Bubble it up… whatever you do, just create something new.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Talc, Cornflower, Glycerine, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Lime Oil, Lemon Oil, Citral, Limonene, Linalool, Fragrance, Gardenia Extract, and Colour 42090, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Lemon & Lime scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a Bottle of Sprite.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Soap, I thought that it felt incredibly soft and squishy, and was more like a soft and squishy block of Plasticine rather than a hard and solid block of Soap.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from a soft and squishy block of Plasticine into a thick and creamy Shower Gel that spread really easily across my Body. I also really liked that it created tons of soft and silky vibrant Green coloured Bubbles when I used it as a Bubble Bar, and that it created a thick and creamy lather when I used it as a Shampoo.
It’s results.
I really liked it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin and Hair feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left them smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Lemon & Lime for hours after I had used it.

My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Lush Green Fun a nine out of ten, and the Lush Orange Fun an eight point five out of ten. I really liked the Lush Green Fun, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Lemon & Lime scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly fizzy Lemon & Lime scent was available in some other products like a Bath Bomb, a Shower Gel, or maybe even a Shower Jelly. I really liked the Lush Orange Fun, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly woody Orange scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Orange.
