I’ve always suffered with incredibly dry and dehydrated Under Eyes, which means that i’m always on the lookout for anything that will hopefully leave them feeling soft and hydrated. That’s why when I saw that Nivea had released a Q10 Power Anti-Wrinkle + Firming Eye Cream that claims to hydrate and firm your Under Eyes whilst I was scrolling through Superdrug’s Website a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

It’s scent.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Glycerin, Shea Butter, Methylpropanediol, Ascorbic Acid, Cetearyl Alcohol, Dicaprylyl Ether, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Tapioca Starch, Glyceryl Stearate, Panthenol, Ubiquinone, Creatine, 1-Methylhydantoin-2-Imide, Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Dimethicone, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Carbomer, Xanthan Gum, Trisodium EDTA, Ethylhexylglycerin, Sodium Hydroxide, Potassium Phosphate, Diethylhexyl Syringylidenemalonate, Sodium Chloride, and Phenoxyethanol, I thought that it had a very strange deep and musky yet ever so slightly metallic scent to it that kind of reminded me of the smell of some Metal that’s been left out in the Rain for quite a long time.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called an Eye Cream, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy, and was more like an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Day Cream rather than a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Eye Cream.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Under Eyes, it turned from an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Day Cream into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Eye Cream that sank into my Skin within a matter of seconds.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy, firmer, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it looking extremely radiant, much brighter and a little bit younger too. I also really liked that it managed to ever so slightly minimise some of the Fine Lines & Wrinkles that are around the corners of my Under Eyes.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a small conical Plastic Tube with a really thin Nozzle and a screw top Lid That looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Nivea Q10 Power Anti-Wrinkle + Firming Eye Cream an eight point five out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very strange deep and musky yet ever so slightly metallic Wet Metal scent.
