It’s the first Monday of the month everyone, which means that it’s time for another Shine The Spotlight, but with it being Guide Dogs Appeal Month all throughout October, I thought that I would share five amazing life changing Guide Dogs that I like to follow on Social Media with you.
First up has to be, Spencer. Spencer, is a beautiful Chocolate Labrador owned by Terry, a Guide Dogs Speaker, Volunteer, and Crafter from Shipley. I really like following Terry and Spencer, as I love finding out what they’ve been up to lately, including their many trips to Caffé Nero, and all of the different Cruises that they’ve been on.
Next up has to be, Elmo. Elmo, is a very handsome Golden Labrador Retriever owned by Carys, an Accessibility Consultant and Disabilities Advocate from Swansea. I really like following Carys and Elmo, as I love seeing what they’ve been up to lately, and also love hearing about Elmo’s really cheeky sense of humour.
Next up has to be, Milo. Milo, is a gorgeous Golden Labrador Retriever owned by Scott, a Counselling Student, Mixed Martial Arts lover, and Dad from Cheshire. I really like following Scott, and Milo, as they’ve recently reunited after Scott sadly broke a few Bones during a Mixed Martial Arts Contest, and I love seeing the process of them getting to know each other again as well as what they’ve been up to lately.
Next up has to be, Caspar. Caspar, is a beautiful Golden Labrador Retriever owned by Tim, a Doctor of Health Psychology from London. I really like following Tim and Caspar, as I love seeing everything that they’ve been up to lately, and all of the different places that they’ve visited around London.
The last and final Guide Dog for this months Shine The Spotlight has to be, Diesel. Diesel, is a very handsome German Shepard owned by Martin, a Technology Program Manager and Dad from Merseyside. I really like following Martin and Diesel, as I love seeing what they’ve been up to lately, and think that their Videos give a great insight to how someone who’s Blind or Visually Impaired uses a Guide Dog.
