Me+ A Sheet Mask = A Good Pamper Night | Superdrug Me+ Hyaluronic Acid Sheet Mask

I absolutely loved using some of the Superdrug Me+ range, as I thought that it was a fantastic range full of some really affordable products that contained a decent amount of Active Ingredients. That’s why when I saw that they had added a Hyaluronic Acid Sheet Mask that claims to leave you with softer and hydrated Skin whilst I was scrolling through Superdrug’s Website a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well I finally used it the other night, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Here’s what Superdrug say about their Me+ Hyaluronic Acid Sheet Mask.

The Me+ Hyaluronic Acid biodegradable Sheet Mask will help hydrate and soften your Skin. Great Skincare is all about the ingredients that you put on your Skin and Me+ is an amazing range of Skincare, Sheet Masks and Serums with a hero ingredient designed to help target specific Skin concerns.

How to use.

Remove the Mask from it’s Pouch and gently unfold. Apply the Mask to a clean and dry Face, carefully placing the Mask to fit the Eye, Nose and Lip areas. Press in place with your Fingertips. Remove the Mask after ten to twenty minutes and massage any excess Lotion into your Skin.

It’s scent.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Glycerin, Dipropylene Glycol, Hexanedirl, Butylene Glycol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Hydroxyacetophenone, Hexylene Glycol, Trehalose, Arginine, Carbomer, Sodium Hyaluronate, Allantoin, Disodium EDTA, Glycerin, Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate, Polyglyceryl-10 Myristate, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Panthenol, and Fragrance, I thought that it had a very fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly alcoholic Juniper scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you make yourself a massive Glass of Gin & Tonic at the end of a long day.

It’s material.

I really liked it’s material, as this was made out of a very soft and thick Microfibre Tissue that felt really soft against my Skin and didn’t rip when I tried to remove it from it’s packaging.

It’s size.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s size, as I found that I had to stretch it quite a lot to fit my Face, especially around the Eye, Nose and Lip holes, but then strangely also had to fold it up around my Forehead and Chin too.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had removed it from it’s packaging and had smoothed it across my Face, it started to release lots of thin and watery yet ever so slightly gelatinous Facial Serum that set within a matter of seconds and securely stuck the Microfibre Tissue to my Face so that I could move around without worrying that it was going to fall off.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant and much healthier for at least an entire 24 hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a very secure and compact Plastic Pouch that as well as keeping the Mask really fresh until I was ready to use it, also meant that none of it’s Serum leaked anywhere.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Superdrug Hyaluronic Acid Sheet Mask an eight point five out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s very fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly alcoholic Juniper scent, it’s material, it’s size, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had contained a little bit more Hyaluronic Acid. I also thought that it was a great and affordable Sheet Mask if your Skin is feeling a little bit on the dry or dehydrated side, but it’s not something that i’ll be rushing out to repurchase.
