My Hair has been feeling incredibly dry and brittle lately, especially with me not being able to get it professionally cut or treated due to my Hairdressers being closed because of the pandemic. That’s why when I saw that L’Oreal Paris had released an Elvive Dream Lengths Wonder Water that claims to use Lamellar Water technology to leave you with softer, moisturised and shinier looking Hair whilst I was scrolling through Boots’ Website a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Discover Wonder Water, the game-changing new Hair Treatment from L’Oreal Paris Elvive Dream Lengths that will transform your lengths in just 8 seconds. Wonder Water is a breakthrough damaged Hair Treatment in a rinse out liquid Conditioner formula that’s powered by Lamellar Water Technology. How to use.
Use two to three times a week after shampooing. Use one dose for fine to medium textured Hair, two to three doses for thick to curly textured Hair, add one more dose if you have extra long Hair. Apply directly to Wet Hair on the Lengths only, avoiding the Scalp. You may feel a slight warming sensation as the product activates. Massage for 8 seconds and rinse out. It’s scent.
I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Propylene Glycol, Alcohol Denat, Myristyl Alcohol, Water, Fragrance, Dicaprylyl Carbomate, Tocopherol, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Hydroxycitronellol, Phenoxyethanol, Arginine PCA, Behentrimonium Chloride, Limonene, Benzyl Salicylate, Linalool, Benzyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Alcohol, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Geraniol, Cetrimonium Chloride, Citronellol, Coumarin, and Hexyl Cinnamal, I thought that it had a very fresh and fruity yet ever so slightly alcoholic Coconut and Watermelon scent to it that kind of reminded me of being sat outside drinking a Watermelon Mojito after i’ve just smothered myself in some Suncream on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.
It’s consistency.
I absolutely loved it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Conditioner, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly balmy, and was more like an incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly balmy Baby Oil rather than a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Conditioner.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Hair, it turned from an incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly balmy Baby Oil into a thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Facial Serum that spread really easily through my Hair. I also really liked that it ever so slightly heated up for the first few times that I used it, as it made me feel like it was actually doing something.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Hair feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it looking a lot shinier, extremely volumised and much healthier for at least an entire 24 hours after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s packaging, as even though this came in a tall rounded rectangular Plastic Bottle with a Nozzle Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves, it’s Nozzle Lid unfortunately totally detached from it’s Bottle the first time that I used it.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the L’Oreal Paris Elvive Dream Lengths Wonder Water a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s very fresh and fruity yet ever so slightly alcoholic Coconut and Watermelon scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I unfortunately just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very flimsy packaging. I also thought that it’s how to use guidelines were a little bit misleading, as even if you had Hair down to your Waist, you probably wouldn’t need to use three to four doses of it.
