Even though I absolutely love The Ordinary, as I think that they have some brilliant products at a really affordable price, I have unfortunately started to noticed that it’s become a lot harder to get hold of the products that I actually use. That’s why when I had heard that Superdrug had released a Me+ range that claims to target specific Skin Concerns like dullness and dehydration, I obviously had to hop on to their Website and check everything out. Well after browsing their Website for a good half an hour, I eventually picked up a Bottle of the AHA Fruit Acid Booster, a Bottle of the Hyaluronic Acid Booster, and a Bottle of the 100% Squalane Booster, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

Here’s what Superdrug say about all three amazing products.

The Superdrug Me+ AHA Fruit Acid Booster.

This AHA Fruit Acid Booster is specially formulated with Alpha-Hydroxy Acids derived from Sugar Cane and Citrus Fruits. This Booster will help to removed Dead Skin Cells, revealing more radiant looking Skin. It will also help to improve Skin’s elasticity and leave it looking clearer and healthier after four weeks use.

The Superdrug Me+ Hyaluronic Acid Booster.

This hydrating Booster will give Skin a boost of moisture and helps the appearance of de-hydrated Skin after four weeks of use. Infused with 2% Hyaluronic Solution, a highly effective blend of hydrating ingredients which have a unique capacity to bind and retain Water Molecules, leaving Skin feeling plumper and firmer. After four weeks of use Fine Lines appear reduced and Skin looks more youthful.

The Superdrug Me+ AHA Fruit Acid Booster.

It’s scent.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Bilberry Fruit Extract, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Sugar Cane Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Orange Fruit Extract, Lemon Fruit Extract, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, PPG-26-Buteth-26, Caprylyl Glycol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, Sugar Maple Extract, Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate, Sodium Hydroxide, Pentylene Glycol, Citric Acid, and Ethylhexylglycerin, I thought that it had a very strange deep and zesty yet ever so slightly chemical Plastic scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had poured some Lemon Juice on to a piece of burning Rubber.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called an AHA Fruit Acid Booster, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy, and was more like an incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Facial Serum rather than a thick and oily yet ever so slightly balmy Fruit Acid Booster.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Facial Serum into a thin and watery Fruit Acid Booster that set within a matter of seconds. I did however notice that it ever so slightly tingled the first time that I used it though, but given that it was essentially an At Home Facial Peel, I was kind of expecting that to happen.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, cleansed, bouncy, plump and intensely hydrated, but it also left it looking extremely glowing and radiant for at least 24 hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s packaging, as even though this came in a short cylindrical Glass Bottle with a Rubber Pipette Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves, it’s Rubber Pipette Lid unfortunately fell to pieces after about three or four uses.

The Superdrug Me+ Hyaluronic Acid Booster.

It’s scent.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, Phenoxyethanol, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, PPG-26-Buteth-26, Caprylyl Glycol, Panthenol, Citric Acid, Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate, Pentylene Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, and Sodium Hydroxide, I thought that it had a very strange deep and musky yet ever so slightly chemical Plastic scent to it that kind of reminded me of the smell of some burning Rubber.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Hyaluronic Acid Booster, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and light yet ever so slightly watery, and was more like an incredibly thin and light yet ever so slightly watery Facial Serum rather than a thick and gloopy yet ever so slightly sticky Hyaluronic Acid Booster.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thin and light yet ever so slightly watery Facial Serum into a thin and light yet ever so slightly oily Hyaluronic Acid Booster that instantly sank into my Skin.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy, plump and intensely hydrated, but it also left it looking extremely glowing and radiant for at least 12 hours after I had used it. I also really liked that it didn’t leave my Skin feeling really tight like some of the other Hyaluronic Acid Serums that iv’e tried in the past have done.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained 100% Squalane, I thought that it had a very strange deep and musky yet ever so slightly moist Metal scent to it that kind of reminded me of the smell of Wet Dog.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Squalane Booster, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly balmy, and was more like an incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly balmy Facial Oil rather than a thick and oily yet ever so slightly balmy Squalane Booster.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly balmy Facial Oil into a thin and oily yet ever so slightly balmy Squalane Booster that sunk into my Skin within a couple of minutes.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy, plump, nourished and intensely moisturised, but it also left it looking extremely glowing and radiant for hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s packaging, as even though this came in a short cylindrical Glass Bottle with a Rubber Pipette Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves, it’s Rubber Pipette Lid unfortunately fell to pieces after about three or four uses.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Superdrug Me+ AHA Fruit Acid Booster an eight out of ten, the Superdrug Me+ Hyaluronic Acid Booster an eight point five out of ten, and the Superdrug Me+ 100% Squalane Booster an eight out of ten. I really liked the Superdrug Me+ AHA Fruit Acid Booster, as I absolutely loved it’s incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy consistency, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very strange deep and zesty yet ever so slightly chemical Plastic scent, or that it’s Rubber Pipette Lid fell to pieces after three or four uses. I really liked the Superdrug Me+ Hyaluronic Acid Booster, as I absolutely loved it’s incredibly thin and light yet ever so slightly watery consistency, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very strange deep and musky yet ever so slightly chemical Plastic scent, or that it’s Rubber Pipette Lid fell to pieces after three or four uses. I really liked the Superdrug Me+ 100% Squalane Booster, as I absolutely loved it’s incredibly thin and oily yet ever so slightly balmy consistency, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very strange deep and musky yet ever so slightly moist Metal scent, or that it’s Rubber Pipette Lid fell to pieces after three or four uses.
